Beautiful property, spacious and clean

It was cold, heating controlled centrally. The property host did put the heating on immediately upon request

It is a stunning property. Very chic and luxurious feeling, and finished to very high standard. The master bedroom is incredible and you can tell there has been so much thought and love put into this home.

We felt a little disappointed with the communication in general to be honest. We enquired about the heating as it was a little chilly the whole time and the host never got that sorted for us. We had issues with a toilet (ran water the whole night the second night of our stay) which kept us up all night. The owner was working on the renovation of her house above the flat so in the morning there were workers and people standing right outside our bedroom windows chatting ect at 8 am. This was fairly uncomfortable as once you opened up the shutters privacy became an issue. We also had hot water issues which left one of us having a very cold shower. The host also asked if she could have access to something in the flat during our stay which was fine, but again didn't feel like our stay was the priority. We felt there was and has been ample opportunity to try to make these things right for us, but nothing has been done or offered by our host. We had such high hopes for this place as it is so gorgeous and so much about it really is amazing just felt like the level of care and communication let it down. We would have loved her to come around and show us how the heat worked as we never got that sorted!

We arrived after only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. It was well decorated. Location was great, only a 5 minute walk from Playhouse. Was very easy to check in and out with no problem. Would book here again.

Although the place was lovely, there was a few things I didn't like. First, we had no control over heating, and it was a little cold in the morning and at night. There was no drawer space in either bedroom, so we were just living out or cases. Hot water limited after 9pm which...although I understand...made it difficult for 4 people to have a shower at night. There was no forks in the kitchen, and was a broken cabinet door which kept swinging open. Just a few things that could be sorted.

Absolutely amazing place! There is everything you need - tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Very quiet, comfortable beds. Great location

Excellent apartment in a very good location and only a short walk into the city centre. Very Clean and modern it had everything you required, comfortable, spacious. large bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The on street parking was good with it being free after Friday 5.30pm until Monday 8.30am, however outside these times it was metered parking and at £3.50 an hour which made it quite expensive. Maybe a visitor's parking permit should be allowed.

It was a beautiful property and a great base for our Edinburgh adventure.

wonderful apartment in ideal location for our visit. Modernised space. Sleeps 4 (two double beds). Lovely bathrooms. Short walk to shops, food and drink in New town.

The question "what didn't you like?" is simple to answer: NOTHING. But there are one or two points that I would like to make constructive observations. Kitchen. the cooking option is basic. One might argue that with so many dining options available nearby there is no need to cook but for simply preparing a basic family meal 2 rings and an oven is nearly insufficient. Living area. with two bedrooms sleeping up to four guests it is somewhat strange to off only a 3 seater sofa.

The place is fantastic. Lovely property in a great location, beautifully decorated. Clean, comfortable, spacious, warm, it even smelled amazing. Jo had taken care of the smallest details. Way better value for money than staying in a hotel. It would definitely be our go to from now on when in Edinburgh.
