The room is lovely and clean , great location, friendly staff , secure parking , ive stayed there 4-5 times now , its my go to straight away.
Lot of banging last stay , seemed to coming from suit next to us . But apart from that thats all.

We stayed In a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious. The rooms were of good size. The lounge room, dining and kitchen were good size. The ducted heating worked well upstairs.
The shower had excellent water pressure which is great because a lot of hotels don't have that!
Washer and dryer which was great.

We arrived at 3pm and our rooms were not ready yet. We had to wait another 30 mins till the room was ready. So an hour and a half past our check in time we were finally able to get in. Thats not acceptable.
The beds and pillows were so hard, I woke in agony every hour. We stayed 4 nights. My husband and I had 4 extremely poor nights of sleep the time we were there.
The kitchen range hood was filthy and was so loud we couldn't use it.
Spider Webb's and dust on everything.
Outdated interior and all furniture 2nd hand and worn.
Although the windows were double glazed, the traffic on 2 mains roads made it hard to sleep because of cars and sirens.
No broom to sweep floors only dust pan
