About this house rental
Nestled in Saint Augustine Beach, this charming house for $306 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We offer a great beach experience, which is why we have 100% 5-star ratings (over 90 reviews on Airbnb and VRBO) Guests love our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 8 beach house because it's meticulous, steps from the beach, has a huge private yard for entertaining. The location is awesome as it's a short walk to everything on the strip. Oh, and the backyard....well it's the perfect beach paradise! Newly appointed, newly painted, new 100% cotton towels and bedding, and very regularly maintained, AND we do ALL the cleaning, so you could be certain we clean every nook and cranny between each guest stay. After a day at the beach, come back and shower off at our outdoor shower and then decompress a little more while laying in the hammock, while your significant other (or friends) lay on the chaise lounge chairs. Then, grab a margarita, or a rum runner (or a beer, sit at the tiki bar for a minute while the grill is heating up. Then sit out on the back deck with family and/ or friends, while our automatic lights come on - and sit amongst the swaying palm trees, and reminisce about how great a day you all just had - knowing, you will repeat it tomorrow! ABOUT THE HOUSE We're in a prime location - our front door is less than 300 steps from the beach entrance, and steps from Margies Cafe, Salt Life bar and grill and the St/ Augustine Beach Pier. We have a HUGE private yard with lots of large palm trees, a new hammock, new propane grill, new deck and new tiki bar. The entire house is NEWLY RENOVATED + FRESHLY PAINTED. All new towels for the bathroom (100% cotton) and new sheets (100% cotton) and bed wear (we change everything after each booking so you are assured of your own, clean linens). Everything you could want from a beach paradise is here! We are a 5 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine where there are more restaurants, bars, site seeing, shopping and Castillo de San Marcos (the historic 315 year old fortress built to protect and defend Spain's claims in the New World) and the Lightner Museum. You have the entire house (2 bedrooms, 2 baths), full kitchen and laundry room. We live minutes from this home so if ever you need help with anything we're a text away. Our base price is for up to 4 guests. We can accommodate more than 4 (as many as 8 guests), but the rates will be adjusted $45 per night, per each guest over 4. I hate to have to include this next part, but unfortunately it's a must. We provide a very nice home in a great location so you can enjoy your beach vacation. That said, we take a very detailed inventory before and after each stay, and as such if anything is damaged or missing, we will charge you. We background check and verify each guest prior to approving the reservation to try and ensure we allow only trustworthy people stay at this beach home. We also have outdoor security cameras on each entrance to the house that are not to be tampered with. This is all an attempt to provide every guest with an excellent experience and eliminate from the getgo, any issues.

We stayed in this cozy beach house mid June. It was very close to the beach and all the restaurants. It was very close to town and all the other conveniences. There is a shopping mall nearby for all your needs.
House is very nice and clean. Beach towels, and cart is ready for you and beach is very close. Beds and the living area was very comfortable.
There is a great backyard with nice furniture, Grill and a hammock. Only issue is the mosquitos but you can beat them with the spray.
Dominick is always responsive and ready to help. He helped me solve the reservation problem while I was dealing with the website and he was very helpful. Thank you sir.
I recommend this little piece of paradise to all. I am sure we will be coming back.

OK - I thought about giving this place an awful review so I could have this booking all to myself anytime, NOT! A terrific location and the host Dominic couldn't be more accommodating; he went over and above to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything one needed for a turn-key self catering vacation. Very relaxing and despite being in a close quartered neighborhood the back yard is quite private, fenced in without feeling cramped and very sunny; lounge chairs, deck, lawn, hammock, grill, tiki bar, subdued lighting, need I say more? Inside the beds are very comfortable and the entertainment systems are state of the art with blue tooth speakers inside and out. Steps to the beach and first class restaurants; park your car and forget it. P.S. I don't know how he did it but the weather was "almost" perfect the whole two months we stayed. :)

Dream Home
This home was perfectly detailed down to the surfboard toilet handle. The interior decor was perfect and the yard was a true oasis. Literally steps from beach access this was the perfect beach house. Historic Downtown is a very convenient 10-12 minutes away. Making the location to easy to have the best of both worlds. Property manager/owner had excellent communication and kept in touch though-out our stay to make sure we were comfortable. If I could rate higher we would.

License to Chill at St Augustine Beach
Great house. Clean, well equipped, comfortable and less than 5-minute walk to the beach. The pictures reflect the true character. We spent several evenings enjoying the well appointed and quiet backyard. Bars and restaurants literally out the door and up the street. Beach life at its finest!

Great family getaway
This home is absolutely perfect. My husband and I and our two sons and my sons girlfriend stayed for a few days. The house was immaculate and adorable. The outside area was perfect! We grilled dinner and ate outside and listened to music through the blue tooth speaker system. The location is a very short walk to the beach and lots of great places to eat. The only downside was that we did not stay long enough! We plan to book again next spring. I give this beautiful home a perfect 10!!

Well kept, great location with one small concern.
This is a well maintained home, with a beautiful outdoor space, in a great location (about a block from the beach, a cafe, and a fun restaurant). The owner was responsive in communication. The house was well set up and taken care of for an enjoyable vacation. The only thing I would point out is something just to make sure you are ok with before you book. There are 3 external security cameras, that record audio and video. One on the front porch, one at the side carport entry and one at the back door/tiki bar area. We didn't realize this when booking as it was in the description at the very end and kind of vague. The owner and I spoke about it and as I understand his perspective from a security standpoint, we felt they were close to outdoor socializing areas which gave a feeling to everyone in our group of an invasion of privacy. Without getting into too much we kind of had an agree to disagree. The communication was respectful and reasonable,
just would have liked to have been more aware of this setup before booking. Ultimately it was a nice weekend, and overall good experience.

Great location for us!
We had a great stay at this home and would recommend it to anyone. We will be back! The location of this property was perfect for what we wanted to do in St. Augustine. It is walking & biking distances to some great restaurants. The little cafe' at the end of the street was one of my favorites, where we had an awesome breakfast. Walking to the beach was great as well, just across the street to Anastasia beach at Anastasia State Park. The St. Augustine Pier was just a few blocks away as well. The backyard was great place to relax in, after a long day of shopping at George St in the Historic District next to the fort. It was only 8 to10 minute drive to Fort and Shops! This was very relaxing place to stay and we look forward to coming back and staying again!

Great Beach House
The house was very clean and well taken care of. Really nice set up in the backyard with a cool little bar area. Great location across the street from the beach and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Less than $20 Uber at peak time to downtown St. Augustine. Excellent communication with owner. All around top experience.

Great Getaway
What a lovely time in St. Augustine Beach! Everything about this property is perfect - clean, cute and bright beach decor, comfortable beds, fantastic backyard and the location is perfect! We were a quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants; and a quick drive to the historic downtown and Anastasia Island.
We also really appreciated access to laundry which is helpful for packing light (and avoiding a sandy mess after a day at the beach!) Dom was incredibly easy to communicate with and checked in to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. Thank you Dom & Michelle for opening up your house to us. We will definitely be back to enjoy many wonderful things St. Augustine has to offer.

Nice beachside getaway
We set out to find a little retreat from the northeast and landed in St Augustine Beach. House is located inside a small quiet neighborhood off the main A1A beach blvd and is situated just minutes from the beach. Also located within quick walks to other fun places for meals and happy hours. We found Dom was very responsive to our messages and checked in during the trip to ensure we were enjoying the stay. It was just myself and my wife on the trip but the house is well situated for several more people. Back yard is spacious and is a relaxing spot if you wanted to enjoy drinks in the sun. Honestly no real drawbacks on the property as it had everything we needed for the trip. Uber/Lyft services into town are a little longer wait or sometimes aren't available but they have local taxi services you can call for a quick ride to downtown where lots of the main POIs are (12 min ride). Would stay here again if we made our way back down to St. Augustine.
