Good view over the city. Great location. We could walk everywhere.
No where to hang the towels in the bathroom. I hit my head on the sloped ceiling a number of times.

Perfect location, 2 minutes from metro station and 15 minutes from Gran Via. The apartment is clean and spacious. Very good communication with the host.

The location was excellent. Close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars plus the metro and bus lines. It was clean but spartan. The terrace was nice. The hosts were lovely!
We were in the top floor apartment, and there was a distinct musty smell to it. We didn’t cook in the apartment but it would be challenging to make a big meal — the cooking supplies were minimal. The pullout sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The whole space had a worn-out feel to it. It was a good price for the location but we would not stay in the top floor apartment again. Perhaps the other apartments are nicer?

Apart of misleading information about facilities - the apartment is in very good location, for reasonable price (for 6 people), there's elevator in a building and small balcony in every room. Clean towels, responsive "electronic" host.
Misleading info: one bedroom has NO air conditioner, just a ceiling fan and it's a sunny side so gets very hot there. Very squeaky sleeping sofa in living room. All furniture is the cheapest IKEA, super old and worn. Dirt in corners, obviously not cleaned well. Very basic toiletries - you have only liquid soap pretending to be a shower gel. Kitchen is very simply equipped - you won't cook there comfortably. Doors are poorly operating all over the house.
