Definitely would recommend to friends & family

Location, Winston was great, food & drinks, beautiful pool

The shuttle didn’t pick us up after scheduling it & the bedding was uncomfortable

Luxury resort next to Maho Beach

Excellent infinity pool area, really liked the way it resembled walking into the sea. Rooms were great, decent coffee machine and a fridge. Nice shower. Staff very helpful, attentive and friendly. Very close to Maho Beach and not far from Simpson Bay beach. Shuttle to/from airport.

Aircon failed 2 days before the end and it wasn't fixed. They did manage to bring in a large fan and compensated with a free meal though. Not a cheap place to stay.

The Morgan Resort is top tier, highly recommend!

I loved my stay at the Morgan. The place was beautiful, staff was excellent, and the food was good.

Maybe have an option to close the shower door.

Das Hotel ist ein wirklicher gelungener Wurf. Moderne, geräumige, grosszügig eingerichtete Zimmer. Der gesamte Bau ist modern und auf die Bedürfnisse der Reisenden ausgerichtet.

Ok for a quick stay near the airport, if you’re looking for a higher end experience look elsewhere.

The pool was nice. Location was ok.

Restaurant wasn’t very good. Pool bar wasn’t open. The “village” had potential, but it was half open/half closed making it feel unwelcoming.

Mooi zwembad, verdere 'beleving' valt tegen.

Het zwembad is absoluut prachtig, de bedjes rondom het zwembad liggen heerlijk, en er loopt voldoende personeel rond om je eventueel te helpen met een parasolletje. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. De locatie van het hotel is op zich heel okee, je moet natuurlijk geen moeite hebben met de vliegtuigen die letterlijk 100 meter verderop landen en opstijgen. Het hotel heeft geen directe toegang tot een (eigen) strand, er is op korte loopafstand wel een kort stripje strand wat met name gebruikt wordt om de vliegtuigen te zien aankomen. Ontbijt en diner zijn prima, hoewel prijzig.

Ik vond de geboden service op meerdere vlakken echt tegenvallen, ik had er gezien de prijs en ook de uitstraling van het hotel veel meer van verwacht. Het zwembad bijvoorbeeld is prachtig, maar er is geen beleid tav door handdoeken 'gereserveerde' bedjes, waardoor 's ochtends mensen vast een handdoek ergens neerleggen die vervolgens pas 4 uur later ook daadwerkelijk van het bedje gebruik komen maken. Er loopt verder veel personeel dat je continu vraagt of ze iets voor je kunnen doen, maar zo gauw je iets bestelt duurt het een half uur voor je bestelling (een drankje) er is, en wanneer je wilt afrekenen zijn ze ook nergens meer te bekennen. Daarnaast staat de muziek rondom het zwembad echt heel hard, en trekt het hotel nogal luidruchtige en feestende (met name Amerikaanse) gasten waardoor het toch niet een heel ontspannende ervaring is. Een deel van het personeel is vrij arrogant, niet bepaald flexibel (een kleine aanpassing aan wat je bestelt tov wat er op de kaart staat gaat soms prima, soms krijg je te horen dat het niet kan) en soms zelfs onaardig. Er wordt geen tot weinig rekening gehouden met wensen, wij hadden 2 kamers (expres van zelfde type) geboekt met wens deze naast elkaar te hebben, we kregen 2 kamers die in verschillende vleugels lagen en ongeveer niet verder van elkaar af hadden kunnen liggen. Bij vragen naar mogelijkheden was het antwoord nee zonder enige verdere uitleg. Tot slot is er geen mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van een douche of 'hospitality room' (term die zij zelf gebruiken) na uitchecken. Iets wat de dames bij de receptie zichtbaar ongemakkelijk vonden om mee te delen. Als je bijvoorbeeld uitcheckt om 11 hr, maar pas vliegt om 18 hr, kan en mag je nog wel gebruik maken van het zwembad, maar als je dan even zou willen douchen en aankleden kan dat alleen bij de buitendouche bij het zwembad. Of, als mogelijk met oog op bezetting, je kunt eventueel een uurtje in je kamer bijboeken a 100! dollar per uur.

I really liked this hotel. Considering it’s right by the airport.. everything is within walking distance.

The property was clean, the staff was very nice, and I wasn’t sure what to expect but I honestly have no complaints.

it’s my 4th time at the resort since January 23 .. so that should say it all

renovating the front so it’s a bit dusty but that’s understandable

The Magic happens here

There was a variety of places to go with in walking distance of the resort. Cab rides to other parts was easy to get. The resort was just beautiful, the infinity pool overlooking the ocean was magical. I will definitely recommend this resort.

The service charge was not made clear and by that, I mean, they don't tell you thatthe tip will be include in the bill. So when you receive your food bill there's a service charge added and at the bottom a recommended tip table I guess for additional tipping. I feel that should be made transparent before you order. Other than this it was great! The people are friendly and the proximity to everything was great.

spacious rooms, clean, modern. very sweet staff. the kitchen even was able to account for our requests.

well the location is not for a 2 week holiday, but perfect for a one night stop
