Beautiful house, beautiful location and most importantly, amazing host! Can’t say enough about Katie and her husband. They’ve been amazing hosts and made our vacation memorable! Thanks and hope to see you again next year!

The house was so CLEAN! Wonderfully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing beach vacation. Ocean toys, life vests. The house is close to town with restaurants and grocery (less than 10 minute driving). The hosts are kind and responsive. We didn't want to leave and hope to return.

We loved the house, perfect for our family. The location is beautiful, right on the water, very nice views. Katie and her husband were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed it. Comfortable mattresses. A chair in the bedroom on the main level would be helpful.

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about our time here! The house was immaculate. The property is beautiful. The bay views and sunrises were gorgeous! Katie was an incredible host. I highly recommend.

Sited on a quiet, serene bay beach only a mile from the ocean beaches, the location is great, very private and equipped with beach chairs and kayaks. The house is clean and modern, filled with light, with decks that offer seating in sun or shade throughout the day. The blinds in two of the bedrooms were falling apart and inoperable, and were apparently on back order. Katherine was very responsive in offering a solution when we complained, but by then we just wanted to be left alone. Our only other negative was the feeling of stinginess when we found we needed to supply our own extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, as well as any kitchen spices, (even pepper),condiments, laundry detergent, shower soap, and hair dryer. The kitchen is otherwise well equipped except for a lack of placemats. I have rented houses from Maine to California, Mykonos to Morocco, but have never been anywhere that there were so few “soft” amenities. However, this is my first Long Island rental and this may be the norm there.

Great place. Private beach. Quiet. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised at how impressive the views were. Great experience.

Our stay at this fantastic home with our toddler was a truly relaxing superb experience. The property is just great! Katie is all you can ask for in a host and more. We had the great luck of staying on the beach while storm Henri was on track to hit the Hamptons and Katie and her husband were simply fantastic in making us feel safe and comfortable. The overall experience was an A+ and we plan on returning very soon!

The house was sparkling clean. Location is perfect. Has all the gadgets for the family to have fun and be comfortable. Katie (host) was helpful and caring. She goes beyond. I had a health issue with my 2yo and Katie helped me.

Fantastic views, comfy beds and a relaxing atmosphere. One of the nicest rentals that I have had the pleasure of staying in in the Hamptons area. Katie is an extremely friendly and attentive property owner. Will be back!!!

This home was a way to experience Long Island at its best and all the wonderful things this area has to offer. The house itself made you feel as if you were in a small paradise. The ocean view through a panorama of large windows on every wall and right out the back slider doors made you feel like you were walking on the beach already. The local restaurants and bars were delicious with the best lobster roll down the block at The Hamlet. It is a place to bring your family for a getaway you will want to plan for “the next time” even before you leave. The family who owns this home has beautifully decorated each room with a modern beach feel and has everything you need to cook a five course meal or a quick lunch to picnic with outside on their patio or down at the beach. The water is serene and calm for paddle boards, kayaks (which they have provided) and for swimming. The beach is private and so clean with only the neighbors to walk by and say hello, while you are all enjoying this luxurious area. The ocean beach is just a few blocks away to visit, but who would want to leave their own personal paradise. The comfort and beauty of this home made the last day a sad one, but we will be back again to stay for Katie did a wonderful job planning, decorating and stocking this home with everything a family needs to enjoy a Long Island Hamptons Vacation. We highly recommend this listing (just not when we want to rent it!)
