The house is so spacious and open, loved the flow of the house. The house was easy to find and is close to everything we wanted to do while visiting, loved the playground that was in walking distance!! Looking forward to future stays.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, location is quiet and convenient to the highway. The only real downside was that the homeowners were watching us through the ring camera so it felt like we were being surveilled. We were being very respectful but also watched.

We loved our stay at this well appointed home. The house was perfect for our family of six. It’s a great layout with the walk through laundry room centrally located. Great location with a beautiful walking/biking path just a block or so away. Also, there’s a park a block away with swings, kids play-place, basketball area and a large grass area. The community pool & hot tub are just down the street (about eight houses away) so the kids could easily run back and forth. The pool is heated so the kids were swimming in 50° weather. The pool towels provided are nice and even have a hook on them to hang them up! The garage is spacious and so nice to have the remote door opener in our car while we were there. The neighborhood is new and nice and feels very safe. Owner is very responsive. This house is about five minutes from the big, beautiful Sullivan Virgin River Soccer Park. There’s also a fishing pond and ducks at the soccer park, as well as playground equipment.

My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was also a trail behind the neighborhood that was fun to walk and bike on. Very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

Got in late and the sheets had tons of hair in them. We pulled all the sheets off and had to wash them all. Baseboards were pretty dirty and there was hair and a bar of soap left in the guest bathroom. Hair in the drawers as well. It would also be nice to have a few more bath towels. The master only had 2. Other than that, it was good!

We loved our stay- the only complaint is that the beds were so hard. I think the firm mattresses were so hard to sleep in- it made it a little rough to get a good sleep. The rest was great! Thank you

Loved all of the amenities. Super friendly. Loved how everything was labled for easy use in the kitchen. Only input is the main family room tv needs a sound system. The sound was horrible and hard to enjoy a movie.

Property is as shown in pictures. Easy to get to. Simple check-in. Quiet at night. Beds are comfortable. We always gives thumbs up when there are double sinks even in these lower priced nightly rentals. Google and apple maps take you there no problem.

We really enjoyed this property! I would stay here again in a second. Everything was clean and electronics were easy to use. The pool was heated which was great for our February stay, and the hot tub, was a great temp! Pool and hot tub are just a short walk from the house. The hand soaps were almost out in each bathroom so we bought our own. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to have extra under the sink, just in case! It was probably just an oversight! The pictures of the property online match it perfectly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
