I was happy with my stay at Sea View — the location is excellent, with beautiful sea views and convenient parking under the hotel. The staff is friendly and genuinely tries to make guests feel comfortable.
The breakfast selection could be improved, and the smell of cigarettes in the building was a downside, as smoke from the staircase and the restaurant drifted into the rooms.
The room safe was also not working, and the proposed solution was unreasonable — the staff offered a replacement safe that wasn’t attached to the wall and tried to reassure us that “the area is safe,” without taking any responsibility in case of theft.
Additionally, it can be quite noisy due to loud music from the beach, although that’s not entirely the hotel’s fault.
