Cleanliness of the hotel
Staff very responsive
We want to thank Mr Abdul Haziz in the reception for keeping us warm welcome and comfortable,he is very friendly proffesional and superb also the one whos night shift reception ii forgot the name🙏Swimmig pool was very clean and nice my familly enoy it a lot,neighbour hotel which is mass paradise hotel but the same owner hotel,and also the housekeeping was always keep on smiling which is goodvibes🙏
Elevator ddn’t work maybe need some maintenance
Access on tv is not working
Internet is very poor specialy when you are commected on tv
Kettle on room little bit rusty and old
The same on our toilet bowl
Need to put some chairs on the room while seating in front of sea view but even single chairs is not available
There is no towel and water when we arrived on the room
Breakfast 8/10 omelet is overcooked
Facilities need some more improvement when it comes on each room like seating chairs and beds we booked two triple rooms but on our room is all single beds which u need to connect each other but we are couples in one room
And i already told them on request before we arrived that we are family if 6 people
