The staff were very helpful in arranging breakfast for us as we left on excursions before breakfast time. Staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the location, bustling area, always alive. Right on the beach.
The outside area between the hotel and the beach needs to be cleaned up. Not sure if it is hotel property.
Reception assist us in booking a trip with a taxi to Petra. If the same operators are used, ensure their vehicles are up to standard, working safety belts and that they have air-conditioning.
