The home was meticulously clean and was up to date. Every amenity had been considered. The pool and back yard were great. There were bikes. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our weeklong stay at this home. Very well appointed, modern, stylish, and comfortable.
It was a perfect fit for a family of 6, (preteens, parents, and grandparents) including a very spacious outdoor area equipped with ping pong, cornhole, pool basketball, seating area, and more… not to mention the awesome pool. We enjoyed all of it, thanks to the spectacular weather!
Inside, the appliances are all updated, with a smart tv in every bedroom.
The location is great- at the end of a quiet, dead end street; we enjoyed daily walks to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter for great shopping & restaurants.
Victor, the owner, was a delight to communicate with- very prompt and accommodating. All 3 generations said the place felt like home. Will definitely look to rebook here the next time we vacation in Scottsdale. Thanks Victor!

We absolutely loved our stay and the house. Our group was four girls looking to hike, eat/drink, enjoy warm weather, shop, and have a spa day. The house was perfect. We all had our own beds. The common areas were great areas for conversation. The neighborhood was perfect for morning walks. The pool and backyard were just the best for wine and swim and hanging out. Our overall impression was the house was so incredibly clean which made it so comfortable. We had some minor issues during our stay but Viktor was so easy to communicate with and fixed them right away. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Loved a weekend by the pool with several friends. The pool was extremely clean and backyard/ patio had plenty of shade, plants, and space. The interior was spotless with the beds being very comfortable. The location and neighborhood in north Scottsdale was safe, quiet and not far from restaurants and main roads. Would highly recommend!

I lived in Phoenix for 8 years, and we were back to visit family. This house was in a great location to hop on the 101 or 51 if you needed to get different places. Plus it was very close to some of the nice restaurants and stores in Scottsdale. I have 2 toddlers and this house was perfect for our family, very nicely upkept and loved the pool and the easy access to apps (like Disney plus). Highly recommend

We were lacking for nothing in this house! Pool towels, appliances, all smart TV’s, even reverse osmosis’s water in the kitchen! Would highly recommend to anyone!

It's just as lovely in person as in the pictures. Clean and well-decorated. Comfy beds and fluffy white bath towels (and dark makeup washcloths). The backyard is the perfect family hang-out area. During our visit the first week of June, the pool water temperature was surprisingly cool given the 100-degree days. Too cool for me but my kids got in. The house is located at the dead-end of a street in a quiet residential neighborhood yet close to many restaurants and shops. Beware, the kitchen sink faucet has a mind of its own - motion activated?

First off, Victor is the best host I’ve dealt with in all my years of renting places. He’s very attentive. He responded to every message I sent within 30 minutes.
The house?
It was perfect. From the decor inside the house to the grill to the pool, ping pong table and corn hole, which my 11 and 13 year olds loved.
We will look to stay in this house on every family trip. I’ve even asked Victor if he has a bigger house for me and five friends when we come for our yearly golf trip next May.

We really can’t say enough good things about this property and the the host. The house was clean, had everything we needed to be comfortable, loved that it’s all on one level, comfortable living areas and sunny and bright! The backyard is really why you book this property. The yard games, the pool, the privacy, the shade under the covered area, even the smells from the flowers and all the seating areas. It allowed us to fully relax, enjoy the sun and spend time together while having a-lot of fun. The location is perfect and very safe. We walked to Keirland commons and Scottsdale quarter (both were great areas) most evenings for dinner. Everything you need is within a 15minute walk. The entire property was very well kept and thought out. The host was attentive whenever we reached out and accommodating when discussing changes to our flights/trip. Thank you Victor, we will be back and we can’t wait as this property made for such a great trip.

This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood, centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit during our quick weekend away for a friend’s wedding. The backyard is perfect for our two year old, au pair, and my husband and I. Victor was attentive and answered all questions promptly. He even coordinated getting a pack and play delivered by a family friend for our daughter’s sleeping arrangement. When we return, we will be certain to reach out to Victor. This house is in a great location for shopping and dining out. It is an easy walk to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. The house was clean and we loved the decor. The backyard is fabulous for lounging and outdoor dining. Victor was wonderful to work with. He checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to all of our questions. We hope to stay in this same house again next year for our annual ladies' weekend.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this top notch property. Impeccably clean, we felt so comfortable here. House has so many little touches that really make it stand out. Nice coffee maker/wine glasses, linens/towels etc, honestly too much to list….Kids loved the yard games and the amazing pool. PERFECT location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Victor was an absolutely fantastic host. Super friendly, responsive and really seemed to care that we enjoyed our stay. Very handy small binder with clear instructions for everything as well as area recommendations was much appreciated. In short, we will absolutely be back again, and I would recommend this property and host in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for providing an awesome place for families to make vacation memories!

Was in town to Play golf and attend the WM Open with Friends. The house is located so close and convenient to the TPC Scottsdale golf course / WM Open. We really enjoyed our stay at this property- At the end of a quiet street- very private. Up to date property with very nice finishes. The beds were super comfortable and the communication with the host was top notch. It took the pool a bit to warm up due to the colder than expected weather, but other than that a very nice stay!

This was our second stay of a week or greater. It is one of our favorites. Super clean, modern, and peaceful. Great location for Kierland shops and all things Scottsdale. The host is super responsive and listens to our inputs and incorporates them for the benefit of all of us. We are scheduling our third visit!

Perfect house for a family getaway in the desert! The backyard is the perfect hangout spot with the pool, spacious open area, and grill. Plenty of sleeping room. Host responded quickly any time I had questions - which were few because the information, setup, and instructions were great and easy to follow. Very clean and well stocked.

Really loved this place. Victor's VRBO is well maintained. It is in a great location. 5 min from local restaurants and shopping centers. It is very clean and has a very modern feel. The backyard is amazing. Definitely has great privacy so you can relax and enjoy the backyard. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Victor’s property couldn’t have been better. We were there with my husband, my mom and my one year old son for a little getaway from the Chicago weather. We opted for the heated pool (extra fee) which was already heated upon our arrival and the perfect temperature for my little guy to enjoy! This house is walking distance to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter. We were able to walk to dinner every night during our stay and didn’t need to drive. Would highly recommend this home and would love to stay again!
