Picture yourself sitting in your gorgeous living room or outside on your private terrace overlooking the ocean listening to the waves crash and watching the dolphin play or perhaps a whale cruise by. You might even see the famous and elusive green flash at sunset! Gorgeous, remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome with air conditioning and with an additional den and loft on the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the prestigious gated community of Seabluffe in Leucadia. All remodeled from studs out! The property's private oceanfront terrace is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the whitewater views. Spectacular local photographic art makes you feel like you are living in a gallery. A great living room facing the ocean with a large sectional sofa and big screen TV makes it difficult to want to leave! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for some great meals! Ceiling fans throughout. The property has a second patio off the kitchen with a built-in barbecue island, bistro table, chairs and an outdoor beach shower. Flat screen TVs in main living area, master bedroom and front bedroom. The home has a stacked washer and dryer for your use. The secure garage is suitable for up to two cars, and there is visitor parking nearby. Beach towels, chairs, rolling cooler, umbrella, beach shade, foam surfboard and 2 boogie boards are provided, as well as 2 beach cruiser bicycles for your pleasure. Like to play tennis or pickleball? Rackets are provided for your use! A television and Google speaker can be found in the living room, and a second television in the master bedroom. A baby monitor and baby gate are included, and a high chair and pack & play can be found in the garage. Seabluffe maintains two community pools (one heated year round with a hot tub), 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, a half basketball court, children’s play area and private Seabluffe staircase down to the beach is nearby. The maximum occupancy of this property is 5. WIFI is provided. Note: A video doorbell is in place and actively recording 24/7 outside the front door (including motion and sound detection). Minimum rental of 7 nights with a Saturday check-in. City of Encinitas has a 10% city occupancy tax. Encinitas short term license RNTL-014685-2021. Cleaning fee is $275. Balance of fee is Seabluffe guest registration and utilities. **Please advise purpose of visit and confirm number of guests when booking. The host requires that our Guests sign our Rental Agreement forms prior to occupancy. We reserve the right to cancel an Instant Booking if Guest does not agree to the terms of our Rental Agreement fully or refuses to sign it.** Regarding nearby beaches, tides and ocean currents can carry sand and/or sediment a few feet or hundreds of feet away. Tides and currents (mainly caused by weather factors) are the main way beaches are created, changed, and even destroyed, as the currents move sediment and debris from one place to another. Beaches are constantly changing and may be sandy at times and rocky at others. Your host cannot guarantee a sandy beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Seabluffe home with our daughter and close family friends. It's a well-styled and appointed home that was more than spacious enough for the 7 of us vacationing together (4 adults and 3 children). We started and ended each day on the large private deck overlooking the Pacific, something so special, I'll no doubt dream of it often this winter. To top it off, Stephanie was a gem to work with – communicative, thoughtful, and helpful.

Property was amazing. The view was spectacular. Property was extremely nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable; great towels. Came with little extra like shampoo and laundry detergent which were greatly appreciated since we flew and would have had to purchase and leave at the house. We did not use the beach given it was high tide in late afternoons but it is easily accessible. All major attractions were 30 minutes or less from the house. Property manager was absolutely amazing and immensely responsive to any minor issues/questions. The view is exactly what you see in the pictures. We would definitely rent again

This property in Seabluffe was wonderful! It was decorated very modern with a beach vibe. House was extremely clean and supplied with everything you need for vacation from beach towels to kitchen ware. Also had beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes. Stephanie the property manager was always available and helpful for any needs or problems. She was a delight to work with! There was construction next door and she not only dealt with the owner to be more quiet, but had dinner delivered that night for us. My only 1 negative of the property was the outdoor furniture on deck. The table and chairs were all rusted and very uncomfortable and therefore we never ate outside. For such a great rental inside it was disappointing that there wasn’t a newer outdoor table/chairs! Overall the oceanfront property is amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental and Stephanie was great to work with! The views were stunning with coffee on the deck in the morning and beautiful sunsets each night. The home has nice decor and a well-stocked kitchen. The kids enjoyed the loft area with twin beds, walking down to Leucadia Donut Shop, and the pool. We can’t wait to return next year!

Our trip was great. The property is as advertised. Crisp decor. Fun and not overwhelming. The views are spectacular! Ocean breeze and dolphins several times! Beds all comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs and supplies. Stephanie was very helpful and available both at time of reservation and during our trip. Would definitely stay again!! Note: the beach at the base of the stairs has a lot of smooth rocks that can be difficult and uncomfortable to walk on in flip flops or barefoot especially at high tide. Next time I’d bring my Keen rugged wet/dry sandals and that would help.

Recently found out Leucadia means “place of refuge” and that is exactly what is was for us! Spent a wonderful week here with family we had not seen since before the pandemic. This was the perfect place for our reunion! The condo was fresh and clean and very well appointed. The deck is just fantastic with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The first night we arrived, there were dolphins playing and jumping out of the water very close to shore. We loved watching the surfers, seals and pelicans. Breathtaking sunsets. We found it difficult to leave that spot! We did have a great time exploring Encinitas, cute shops, great dining options and beautiful beaches. Most nights we ordered in and just enjoyed the space and being together. Stephanie was a great host and very easy to communicate with. 5 stars all around.
