Take advantage of the FREE valet parking, private guest check-in, FREE WiFi, Starbucks on the main floor, workout gym and pool! Love staying at the Signature Suites, and VRBO is the way to go! Perfect proximity to Allegiant Stadium. Suite has all that you need. And our host Shari was fantastic. We are very appreciative. Vegas is our go to twice a year. Next trip we will definitely do the same. Thank YOU!

I had a little problem at the check-in. The owner typed in the wrong date, but it was handled pretty quickly and very professionally through verbal and the people at the hotel at the front desk.

My wife and I stayed here for our weekend trip to Vegas. We had a great stay and enjoyed the space. It was exactly as described in the listing, and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We would gladly stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to everything the strip has to offer. Loved having water in the room, plus a coffee maker and other amenities. Great view of the mountains and pool area. Elevators were never busy.

This property is perfect for easy access to all things Vegas! Didnt realize it was a PH until we arrived so that was a pleasant surprise! Pretty much everything you want to see is within walking distance! Shari, the host was unbelievable! She was flexible with us as we had an early morning flight so she accommodated us with a late check out! My first trip to Vegas couldn't have been better!

This was close to the airport, the strip, the future f1 trac & so much more! Great view of mgm pools & airport to watch planes land & take off! Shari was even very accommodating with a late check out - definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, pool visible from window a plus! Great coffee selection! Price very reasonable. Lack of enough towels ( only 3 thin ones provided for a 5 day stay) found a pair of socks that did not belong to us under bed, and two days water temperature was lukewarm.

The signature is always a good choice because its well situated. The check in process is always easy and you're not too far from anything on the strip. The best part of this stay however was the host. She was the most attentive I've ever experienced. You're in good hands with her.

Great location. Easy to get Lyft and Uber. Clean property. Monorail great to have to other properties. Covered walkways to other MGM properties with moving sidewalks make getting around faster.

Very clean, in fact spotless (aside from carpet, but that’s to be expected with a high traffic space). Super comfortable bed, plenty of extra bed linens, plenty of towels and rags. Plenty of extra amenities such as kleenex, toilet paper, and paper towels (even though I brought my own supplies, I was not expecting them) Great view, super easy access to monorail (100% indoors and roughly a 5min walk) Super friendly parking staff and bell staff. I arrived extra late due to unforeseen issues leaving Phoenix and didn’t get checked ij until 3am. Place was easy to find, nicely lit, when I arrivrd there were several Ferraris and Lamborghinis awaiting to be parked so I felt zero risk of leaving my Tesla P100D car with valet staff. In short, I have found my new goto place for the SEMA show. Thank-you.

What a great place to stay. Quiet and convenient. The room is clean and spacious with an excellent view of the pools. Great view of the airport ( we love watching planes come and go.) it’s a bit of a trek to the casino, but worth it given the great room! Would recommend 100%

My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay here last month. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was large and nice and we had everything we needed. You can see commercial airplanes land right outside your window but we never heard any noise from the planes. We did hear music from the pool below us but it didn’t start until late morning and ended at 6:00 and it was fun watching the crowd especially later in the day. The host was responsive and answered all my questions. The MGM property is really nice and we had some of the best post Covid customer service Tip-the lazy river is nice but unless you want to purchase a tube for $40, you might want to bring your own.

Overall the room was as expected, just like the pictures. The location is great and Vegas is well…Vegas. The only issue was that the room could have been cleaner (corners and crevices). Overall, it was relatively clean….we felt comfortable, but underneath the pull out and behind things didn’t seem to have been cleaned as well obvious surfaces.

In the past we've traveled with the whole family, and have booked the 1bd/2ba suites at the Signature, but this time it was just the husband and I, so we downsized to the Junior suite. Sherri was super accommodating and we were able to check in early on Friday. The suite is very well appointed with k-cups, bottled water and PLENTY of toilet paper, paper towels and regular towels (IYKYK -- this can sometimes be an issue with privately owned units at the Sig). In general the Sig is still experiencing COVID staffing issues, so bring your patience -- esp with the valet late night and weekends. And if you are on a time schedule, give yourself a good 15-20 min cushion. It's definitely an improvement over last summer, but not back to pre-pandemic. But over all, we were happy with our stay!

This was the perfect property for a long stay in Vegas! I was attending a work function and celebrating a birthday, so I rented this unit for 5 days. Not only was it well stocked and accurately described, it was also so easy to get to the MGM and all it's facilities. Close to the strip but quiet and private at night. Furthermore, the host was more than accommodating when we had a cancelled flight emergency and had to scramble to figure out how to get home. Obviously that all depended on the arrival of her next booking, but where she could accommodate us she did, and we were so thankful. I highly recommend this unit especially if you're looking for a longer stay in Vegas, I will absolutely book again in the future!
