Guest access You will have full access to the home including the intimate back patio and private rooftop patio where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and the Nashville skyline. Place was great. Exceptionally clean and a good supply of coffee, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The weather was great for Nov and we enjoyed the outdoor area with a small fridge and beverage glasses at the top of the stairs.

We had an amazing time. This house was very very nice!! It only cost 15 total for all 6 of us using Lyft to broadway from the house. It is very close to everywhere.the beds were super comfy. The rooftop deck was also very nice we had day of warm weather to enjoy it. This is a great house and the owner promptly answered all of my many questions and was very nice!!

We had a wonderful stay here...location was very close to downtown and weather was wonderful. Tony was very responsive and the house was gorgeous...loved the rooftop area. Was close enough where we could walk to a couple restaurants and even came face to face with Morgan Wallen one morning while getting our smoothie bowls at a wellness cafe nearby!!!!! It made my young adult children very happy:) If we come back, we will stay here again.

The condo has so much space! Decor is beautiful and the kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. Comfortable beds. Shower is huge-run the tap in the sink to get hot water quicker. Close to downtown. Less than 30 minute walk or you could easily take the bus. We had a rental car so everything was easy to get to. We had a great stay!

GREAT PROPERTY VERY CLEAN, UPDATED, SAFE AREA OF TOWN. ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS WATER PRESSURE. I THINK IT IS NOT THE PROPERTIES PROBLEM BUT CITY SUPPLY PROBLEM. IT WAS NOT A BIG ISSUE WE JUST STAGED OUR SHOWER TIME

We really enjoyed our stay in the chestnut hill vrbo. The place had enough room and beds to accommodate our party. We had to stagger our showers so the water pressure was good and we couldn’t get the lights to work on the upper deck but other than that the place was great !

Great place! Tony, the host, has opened his beautiful place for groups/families looking to spend time in Nashville without having to deal with the hassles of being down on the strip. The views from the rooftop are spectacular, especially at sunset! The place is comfortable and well appointed. We had a great time, thanks Tony!!!

Our stay was wonderful, the property was located In a great location to downtown Nashville, it was clean and beautiful. Our key code didn’t unlock the door when we got there and I called Tony he answered right away and got us in within minutes of my call. The only thing I would have to say is that the water pressure in the showers are very poor, other than that everything was perfect

We absolutely adored the property! It’s a cute, quiet little condo community that you will not regret staying at! Property/condo is very beautiful and homey. Rooftop is PERFECT for afternoon drinks and relaxation. Property owner, Mr. Tony, was also super sweet and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We loved the house. We had an issue with the refrigerator but Tony was very helpful with the situation. The couch bed was uncomfortable but the other beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed this home so much! The rooftop hang out area was perfect and we used it everyday. The house was so nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Easily accessible for ubers and lyfts. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We were in town for graduation at Vanderbilt and truly enjoyed staying at this house. Location is perfect. House was clean and exactly as shown in photos & owner was welcoming and incredibly helpful with trip planning. Dozen bakery is one of our favorite breakfast spots and it is .5 miles from the house. Highly recommend this VRBO. Will be back. Thank you Tony!

We had 10 adult females with 2 vehicles. It was the perfect location for a quick drive in to the grocery store, shops, and Broadway. The rooftop was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time. The beds were extremely comfortable! We had a minor complication with the pull out couch, but the owner answered promptly and took care of the issue. I would definitely stay here again!

The gate was rusted, there were two garbages that were full our entire stay and smelled so bad. The grass was overgrown. The house itself was charming but NOT for 10 people unless you are college kids. There were 4 of us so it worked. The stairs were difficult with luggage. We didn't receive the key password in the email as promised and so my friends were out in the heat for an hour. They couldn't reach me as I was in the air. When the entered the heat was at 85! It was scorching hot and it was 85 degrees outside! There was NO ice in the freezer and the ice maker by the rooftop was disgusting. We had to BUY ice. There were no instructions for the tv and we had to use our apps. In the showers, there were no hangers to put our stuff in., the master bedroom was hotter than any room on that floor. Last, there were party buses going down the street until 5 am and I could hear everything from the master bedroom. I barely got any sleep. This VRBO is for college kids and NOT adults. It is much smaller than in the pictures and the ammenities are minimal. I would not go back here.
