This condo HAS EVERYTHING from beach towels and sand chairs to coolers and a beach wagon! Beautiful completely updated cottage-chic unit in a recently updated small building--all new pool too! Exactly as described! See the reviews! (Note: CHECK-IN is 4PM and CHECK-OUT is 10AM). This unit is Direct OCEANFRONT, on the 3rd floor in a quiet 4 story gated building with elevator and under-building parking. Just steps to the sand and the Atlantic ocean via a walkover directly next to the bldg. Not your typical beach condo—All the comforts of home and more! VERY clean. See the reviews. WHAT AN AMAZING VIEW!!! Everything is NEW--all furniture and linens are high quality. The bedroom and dining furniture pieces are solid wood antiques from local shops. There are 3 Samsung/LG Smart-TVs with easy to use Comcast Xfinity Cable service. Living room has DVR service. Jacksonville Beach has a small-town, laid-back lifestyle during the week and is more lively on the weekends. I love sharing my oceanfront 25-year-dream-come-true with you. Everything is new, high quality, and updated -- appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, A/C, kitchen dishes, cookware, mattresses...Everything! The pictures don't do it justice. It has everything you need for a few days or a few months. The location of this unit is away from the pool and elevator so it's quiet. (Luggage trolley, shopping cart, and beach wagon provided to carry all your stuff). Check the reviews, you will NOT be disappointed! Details: Nicely furnished and fully-equipped for your beach stay. Beach cottage decor. Living room furniture is cozy but not overly soft. Lots of room. There are soft throws and extra blankets for snuggling too. Three ottomans - put your feet up! Plenty of pillows to tuck behind your head or back to get comfortable for the big game on the living room 65" LG Smart TV. Lots of lamps, side tables, and even board games & puzzles! Easy to open and close curtains along your wall of oceanfront glass. Two (2) private bedrooms in a roommate layout for privacy – master with king bed and 2nd bedroom with queen bed. New mattresses and super-comfortable (Guests ask me what the king mattress is b/c they want to buy one!). 4 bed pillows per room. Remote controlled Hunter ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Ceiling fan in the kitchen too. Comfortably sleeps four (4) people. If necessary, the sofa sleeps a 5th person $60 per night additional charge, and linens are provided. It makes up as an XL twin bed. It is NOT a pull-out bed. Oversized oceanfront living area could easily accommodate your pack-n-play or your yoga mat. Two (2) full baths – Master bath has a large walk-in shower with glass door and rainfall / hand-held shower head. Good water pressure. New vanity and a wall cabinet for all your stuff. The 2nd bath has a deep soaking tub & shower with large handheld shower head. New vanity and wall cabinet for all your stuff. Quality, bar-height Poly-wood BALCONY furniture for you to enjoy coffee, lunch, evening cocktails. New 100% cotton high thread count bed linens and towels. Everything is cleaned between guest stays. See my reviews about how clean this condo is. Regularly serviced Carrier Coastal AC system. Digital easy to use Honeywell thermostat. Whirlpool kitchen appliances. New LG full-sized washer and dryer. New kitchen wares with quality, heavy non-stick cookware, white Corelle dishes, heavy 18/10 stainless flatware, Henckels knives. Also plenty of plastic dishes to take poolside. There are lots of wall hooks strategically placed around the unit. There are two reserved parking spaces with one in the gated, under-building garage. Gate remote is provided for your car. Locked gates on all entrances to the building. There are Video cameras on the exterior of the building. (3) HD Smart TVs with Comcast Xfinity Cable service and Wi-Fi. *Living room has 65" LG High Definition 4K Smart TV with DVR service plus a blu-ray player. *Master bedroom has 58 inch Samsung HD Smart TV and DVD player. *2nd bedroom has 28 inch Samsung HD Smart TV. (Both bedroom tv's are wall mounted). High-speed Comcast Xfinity Wi-Fi included. Oceanfront pool recently resurfaced / updated, with outside shower and restroom. BEACH STUFF provided: 4 beach towels; 4 beach chairs (backpack or shoulder carry straps); 7 foot sun umbrella with sand anchor; medium rolling cooler; small coolers; AND a big-wheeler beach wagon to haul it all down to the sand. There is a large deck box attached to your parking space that holds much of the beach stuff. ALL LINENS are washed after EVERY guest. ****PLEASE NOTE**** Beachdrifter is a smoke free property, NO SMOKING ANYWHERE, inside or out! Not on the balcony or the front walkways either. NO PETS ALLOWED in this unit. This is hurricane country, please get travel insurance!!! DAMAGE PROTECTION: You pay a small, fully REFUNDABLE security deposit of $250. This is to cover potential damages to the condo and everything in it. VRBO will AUTOMATICALLY REFUND it to you 14 days after your departure. CHECK-IN is 4PM and CHECK-OUT is 10AM.

Loved everything about this place. Great location and an amazing view off the balcony. We were in town to watch the Blue Angels and were able to see them right off the balcony. It was very clean, and organized. Communication with the owner was wonderful. She actually texted me to let me know there was going to be a satellite launch and that we would be able to see it from the balcony, it was pretty cool!!! Would definitely stay here again.

This condo exceeded our expectations in a number of ways! The view was gorgeous, the condo was clean, renovated as shown and had everything we could have needed and more, especially traveling with young kids. Kim was above and beyond attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and provided wonderful dining recommendations to accommodate our child's allergy. The beach wagon and equipment provided was a huge plus, as were all the kitchen items (including tupper ware and ziplock bags). Little touches like the room darkening shades and the top lock latch on the door made it easy for our 2 year old to nap and also not escape the condo (as he's tried to in other places). The water seemed extra soft and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool everyday after the beach, and Pelican's snowballs a block or two away. Great location for walking to restaurants and some shops. Obviously we have nothing but good things to say!

What an immaculate, beautiful condo! Everything about the condo was exactly as stated in the listing- and all the reviews I read ahead of time were on point! The views were breathtaking from the balcony- we were able to watch many dolphins swim by on our first night- so special! The pool was great for cooling off, and the walk to the beach was so quick and easy. Great restaurant recommendations inside the unit and we walked to coffee almost every day. The location felt incredibly safe and comfortable. I had such a pit of sadness in my stomach upon our departure yesterday- we truly wished we could stay longer! Highly recommend this condo- we hope to come back! Thank you for being a wonderful host!

We enjoyed spectacular sunrises and able to go on morning walks on the beach just a few steps away.
The place is well equiped with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers!
The area offers a variety of great restaurants withing walking distance.
Kim was a great host! She even had beach towels and keys ready even before going into the apartment!
Definitely a place to go back to! Highly reminded.

This beachfront condo was absolutely lovely. Everything was updated and the directions were extremely clear. All the things you need at the beach (towels, chairs, sand toys, umbrella) were provided by the owner. The view was amazing, and the sunrise was incredible each day. This owner has really taken the time to create a beautiful, clean, and updated property and to make sure that guests are happy. Checking in, general directions for accessing parking, etc. were all so clear- it’s just really well organized which makes it feel easy (like a vacation should). The owner also provided recommendations for local restaurants which was helpful. Highly recommend and we hope to stay there again!

This property is well situated in a residential area. Very safe and convenient to main area. It is very easy to get to beach, a few steps, an elevator ride then a few more steps and you’re there. The beach is very clean and mostly families. The condo is well kept, clean and well furnished. This condo has many beach amenities, such as chairs, umbrellas, float and others. If traveling by plane this makes for a highly convenient choice.

My girls will be off to college in a month and I wanted to take them somewhere special before life changes! This experience was amazing: Kim's thoughtfulness throughout our stay made it that much more special. The condo is exceptional, with everything you need for comfort indoors and for fun at the beach, including chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards! The sunrises were amazing to view from the balcony, and we all slept so well in the comfortable beds. Lots to do in the area for dinner and cute shops. We hope to be back! Don't hesitate, it is worth it!!
