Relax, Unwind and have a great time at Two Beaches! We have everything you need for an amazing time away. We are in the beautiful community of Serenity Point which is located at the southern tip of Topsail Island ~ allowing you beautiful views of the Topsail Sound and tranquil sounds of the Atlantic Ocean which are both just steps away. Walking to either or both beaches daily offers you much quality time with family and friends or just long reflective beach walks. Right next to our condo is the private community Pool which is for Serenity Point members and guests only. Our home has two bedrooms, one loft, three full baths, a newly remodeled kitchen, washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, two porches and an outdoor shower. We think our condo is great for up to five people! Family/Living Room -Comfortable sectional sofa -TV -Internet access -Games and puzzles for your enjoyment Dining Room -Large dining table that can seat 4-6 -Extra seating for three at kitchen/dining counter Kitchen -Newly renovated in 2021 with modern white cabinets and granite countertops -Three bar stools at counter -Fully stocked with dishes, glassware and cookware (Yes...there are wine glasses!) -Electric Range -Quiet Dishwasher -Refrigerator -Kurig with K-cups -Toaster and Blender Master Bedroom -Queen size bed with sheets and comforter (X-tra blankets in closet) -Two sets of drawers -Large double closet for clothes -Flat screen TV Master Bath -Single vanity and shower Bedroom #2 -Two twin beds with sheets and blankets -Two chests for clothes -Large closet Bathroom #2 -Single vanity -Tub/Shower combo Loft -Movable ladder for climbing -Futon and small table -Wonderful area for reading, resting or sleep. (Age appropriate kids love it!) This property is perfect for beach lovers and those seeking a peaceful vacation for a couple or small family. Those who like fishing or kayaking would love this place. The owners have supplied bikes and beach chairs that made this just perfect! Lovely home and neighborhood.

We had such a great stay at Two Beaches! We have stayed in Serenity Point for the past few years, each time in a different property and this was by far one of our favorites! Beautifully decorated and furnished, comfortable beds, amazing view from the front deck - you can see the sunset every night! Mara was so helpful and checked in a few times to see how we were doing. The "extra" touches did not go unnoticed, it was SO nice having the bikes & the beach chairs! The cornhole boards were such a nice surprise. Also, hand soaps were already in the bathrooms and kitchen. Having a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and dishwasher tablets was SO appreciated! We enjoyed the games and puzzles and did I mention the sunset every night from the deck?? We will definitely book again at Two Beaches!

Two Beaches was a wonderful home away from home during our visit to Topsail. The property is stocked with everything you would need, including bikes that we rode almost every day. Having an outdoor shower, along with three indoor showers really made end of day washups a breeze with a family. This was our first time at Topsail and I can't imagine staying anywhere else but this beautiful neighborhood and property. Also, the property owners were the most attentive I've ever experienced through VRBO. First class

Two Beaches was such a wonderful stay. It was great to be beside the pool and across the street from the sound access with a short walk to the beach access. It was still quiet despite being close to these amenities and a split unit. The community felt very safe and everyone seemed respectful. There was a Police truck that drove through often which gave us even more peace of mind. We loved walking to the Point especially with young children as it gave them shallow waters to play in. It’s just a few miles from the local fun like Roller Skating, Putt Putt, Ice cream, park, etc. Mara was a joy to communicate with- responsive and even checked in after the first day to ensure we were able to find everything we needed. We hope to visit Two Beaches again in the future and would certainly recommend this rental to anyone!

We enjoyed our trip to Topsail very much! The Two Beaches home was comfortable and clean and had lovely beach decor. It was just a short walk to the beach or sound and close to the community pool. We would definitely recommend this home! Angie B.

Excellent location and great house! We loved the easy access to the sound (beautiful sunsets!) and the beach. We walked a couple extra minutes south on the beach and there were barely any people around and super fun tide pools every day.
The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this property! It is absolutely beautiful, light, bright, clean, beachy, and so very welcoming! We felt right at home the moment we walked in, and all of the cares of the world disappeared! The views are breathtaking - wake up to bright sunrises shining through the windows, with the rolling sound of the surf in the background, and sunsets glowing through the windows in the evenings. Wish we could have stayed forever! And the hosts are wonderful - so welcoming and eager to make your stay perfect! Can't wait to come back!

We have been staying at Serenity point for 15 years and this has been the best place we have stayed. The hosts provide so many “extras” and made our check-in- check-out process so easy. They provided all the information we needed before we had time to ask. Hope we can book this house next year!

Quite beach getaway
The rental was beautiful with a modern beachy feel! Very close to the bay and beach. We enjoyed the quite family experience it offered. The property owners were very accommodating and helpful as well.

Amazing place for your family and AMAZING sunsets
We had an amazing time at this property, perfect for our little family of four. We loved the option of the sound side, ocean side, the pool, it was all amazing. The sunsets you get at the house are AMAZING! We will definitely be back and stay next summer!

The Best Spot on the Island
We had an amazing stay at Two Beaches. We had been to Topsail before and specifically targeted this part of the Island for our next stay. The southern end beaches, water, quiet and beauty can’t be beat for a truly relaxing getaway. The access to the beach side, sound side, and pool gave our kids plenty of water options. The provided beach equipment and bikes were an appreciated perk as we didn’t have to lug a ton of our own stuff from home. We did bring a shibumi, which was perfect since we often changed water locations throughout the day. It’s an easy bike ride to the town of Topsail for all the amenities there, and an easy drive to Surf City when you need more restaurants and entertainment. The house itself was perfectly appointed and loaded with special touches to make our stay comfortable. Everything is in excellent condition and the owners truly care about your experience. We hope to enjoy Two Beaches again!

Just what we needed!
The house was impeccable! You could tell a lot of time and thought went into all the details to make guest comfortable. It was wonderful. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! I can not put into words the beauty of Serenity Point. Communication with the owners was awesome through e-mails and text. With this pandemic (I work in the medical field) I needed this get away as did my husband. We had a wonderful time, met many locals who gave us tips on places to eat and photograph (my stress release). Great time of year to visit. Hopefully will be back!

October long weekend getaway
Very well kept property with everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. The location is perfect, the Southern end of the island is our personal favorite...Hard to beat Serenity Point and it's beauty. The owners we're very accommodating and very nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing small beach town getaway. Topsail is AWESOME!!!

Wonderful place to stay! With a 7 week old and a 22 month old, it was great to be just minutes from two different beaches, and we loved being able to walk around the end of the island-such a unique experience! The nearby sea turtle hospital was a very fun attraction as well. The attention to detail in the house made all the difference.

Well equipped house!
We're so happy we found this rental! Location was ideal with a very uncrowded beach despite the holiday weekend. The sound was VERY crowded, so we stuck to the beach which is a 5 minute walk from the house. Owners even provide a functioning beach cart! The house was very clean (which I'm a stickler for) and owners provide all the extras (trash bags, hand soaps in every bathroom, sponge and dish soap, paper towels) that many rentals don't. This is a huge deal to me because it meant I could start my vacation immediately instead of running to the store to pick up all the miscellaneous items you need in a home. Overall, we had an easy, comfortable, and fun weekend. We hope to rent this house again.

Great trip!
We had a great time in this condo and loved Topsail beach. The unit is walking distance to beach, the sound and the pool which was great for our kids. The owners were great and were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this condo again and recommend it to any family. Thank you for everything!

We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and our daughter *loved* her loft room. It was nice to return to the house after a long day at the beach. We loved the outdoor shower, the use of bikes and beach toys in the storage shed, the Keurig machine and board games. The kids are already asking when we can return. :-)

This was one of the best stocked vacation rentals we have experienced. The bedrooms were a nice size, and having 3 baths was very convenient. The loft sleeping area was fine for a teen. Owner also had bikes, several beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, and beach toys available for our use. It was a short walk to the beach, but the beach was wonderful…not too crowded. We look forward to renting the unit again.

The property was excellent. The photos online are a perfect representation of the place. Walkable to 2 beaches - 1 a little smaller and more still (perfect for little kids). Bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Approx 15-20 min from a large Publix and Walmart grocery center. Hosts did a great job of providing me with info ahead of time and answering questions I had during the stay. Can’t wait to come back!
