Welcome to The Beverly Beach House, a beautiful family friendly ocean view property in Newport’s, Beverly Beach neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to Beverly Beach Nature park for walks on the park trail or on the beach. 10 minutes drive, centrally located between all the beautiful beaches and viewpoints between Depoe Bay Scenic Park (North) and Yaquina Bay State Park (South). Perched on a hill in a quiet neighborhood you're only 10 minutes drive from all that Newport & Depoe Bay has to offer. The house is spacious with two living areas for the entire family; downstairs living area features an entertainment center with Samsung Smart TV and 5.1 Surround Sound; upstairs living area has a separate TV for streaming ( Netflix, Disney+, & Amazon) programs for kids and it’s own recreation area with board games. Drink your morning coffee or watch the sun set on the (3/1/22) newly added deck, off the second story for a wonderful view of the ocean and relax to the sounds of the waves. Plenty of space in the dining area and kitchen for hosting and family dinners. The downstairs deck off the kitchen is perfect for barbecuing and sunbathing on the hammock. The backyard is fenced with ample room for the kiddos to run around and play in nature.

Oregon coast getaway
The house fit everyone perfectly, it was very clean, the kitchen has everything you need and it was a great location!! Definitely recommend staying here

The kids loved the upstairs play area and bean bags to watch movies and play games. In terms of proximity to the beach, it was a little bit too far a walk for the little ones but fine for the adults. Beverly beach was beautiful and the kids had a blast once there. This is a minor complaint but we couldn’t find the coffee grinder and had brought whole bean coffee with us, so we had to go back into town to buy ground coffee for the morning. Otherwise, the kitchen was very nice and well stocked!

Great House!
I thought this house struck the perfect balance between "If you are going to need salt and pepper you had better bring it" and "Why is someone elses c**p all over the place here?". The kitchen was better equipped than other VRBOs I've seen. The beds were comfy. I also liked the location. I actually timed it and it's 15 minutes leisurely walk from front door to stepping on the beach. There's also a great nature hike right next to the property at the state park.
If I were to tweak two things, I would prefer a property with an Ensuite Master...and also a place to sit and view the water.

House was awesome, amazing location, beds were top notch. Everything we needed was provided, would/will definitely stay again! Every thing we wanted to do was a hop, skip, and a jump away. Super close to the beach, great quiet neighborhood. Than you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

Two of my friends and I wanted to have a relaxing weekend on the coast. This house was perfect for that. The house is good size and we all had grownup size firm beds. The house is well appointed—hair dryers, coffee pot, dishes, etc. We were able to hang out, play games, watch tv, and chit chat. Which was exactly what we were looking for. We would stay again.

Girls relaxing weekend
Two of my friends and I wanted to have a relaxing weekend on the coast. This house was perfect for that. The house is good size and we all had grownup size firm beds. There needs to be railing on the steps in the front.
The front steps have no railing. As I was going up the steps the post look like you can hold on but are not within reach. I fell
down and was really hurt as I hit the flower pot I am really bruised from the knee to the head nothing broken. Thank heaven my granddaughter was there to call out to my husband but she was really scared. Please be careful

We stayed in this home with 8 people. The house had plenty of space for us all. The location is great. Very close to Beverly Beach.

Good experience. Property could use more hand towels and more washcloths. Good kitchen, nice appliances, downstairs bathroom very nice. Good parking. Upstairs living area also very nice.

Wonderful!
This was a getaway for 4 adult couples who love escape rooms! The Escape Room Newport is an awesome place, and we had a blast. We had planned on eating at a restaurant afterward, but we loved the house so much we decided to have pizza delivered and just spent the evening playing games. Wonderful home and super accommodating for large groups.

Cliff Hanger
This is a charming beach house across the street of the cliff that overlooks the ocean. We saw whales in the water from the cliff. The house was fun and quirky.

The house worked nicely for us. Our only suggestion is it didn’t feel super clean. A bit more toilet paper would be nice.

We had three couples in this beautiful house and everybody was comfortable with plenty of space to call their own. it was beautifully appointed and decorated.

Great family reunion
Our family of 10 had a great time. The layout is a little unique, but it worked great for us. It was nice to have a yard for outside activities, a patio for a fish fry from our Fishermans catch, and our crab feast lunch.
We did miss having a bar b que grill at the house, but the owner was able to work that out for us. We found the owners very easy to work with and very responsive to questions! We would definitely come back.

Great home for large families with kids.
My parents, my family and my sister's family rented this home for Thanksgiving weekend. With the living room upstairs the kids had a great seperate space from the adults. It was very comfortable, clean and had a great kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!
My 3 sisters and I stayed for 3 nights for our 9th annual sister's reunion. Loved the house. It was large, yet cozy, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. We cooked a couple dinners and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us to enjoy cooking together.
We especially liked the upstairs living area - we spent our time there playing games, reading and talking.
We will be returning next year for sure.

The owners were quick to respond to questions. They've put a lot of renovation work to the house and it looks great! We all loved staying in this house for the weekend.

Very cozy cottage feel
Excellent location to the beach.Easy access to Newport.Great 4 very tidy bedrooms. Nice laundry area and awesome appliances! Great communication and very good information at the house. Would definitely stay again. Thx again for the great stay :-)

Excellent for out of state family and cousins to commune!!
I was able to book the house for all four of my children and myself, my brother and his wife, and their two boyz who had traveled from Georgia for a short visit. Incredibly accommodating kitchen, we were able to make all of our meals in house. The living space upstairs is wonderful and works perfect for cards, hang out, play time for all of the kidz. Clean, spacious bathrooms that worked for everyone. Beverly Beach was easily accessible and the kidz boogie boarded all day and then threw all of their beach gear on the front porch to head in and relax and visit for the night. Bedroom layout is really nice and having the full utility makes it all work with kidz. Fun place to retire to in the evenings. Thanks for a great stay. We'll definitely be back!!!

Nice
Myself, my wife, two children 2 and 4, and 4 grandparents stayed at this Beverly Beach house recently. It was a great fit for our family. The layout of the house was not exactly what I pictured, but was really great for us. Having 4 bedrooms and a dinner table that would seat all 8 of us for meals was really a plus. The home had the feel of an older home that was nicely remodeled. It had its quirks but was nice overall. I think new or sharper knives in the kitchen would be a help. We really struggled to cut up a watermelon. Either cookie sheets or pizza pans would have really helped and a couple of the larger fry pans need replacing as the teflon is flaking into the food. I am sure these details are hard to keep up on with renters who probably abuse the stuff, but it is the difference between 5 stars and 4 stars in my mind. The home was clean. Lisa the owner was responsive. Beverly Beach was great. We also enjoyed the aquarium, the Hatfield Marine science center, and Yaquina Head. I would stay here again.

Great place for our family to get together on the Oregon Coast
Located in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, fully furnished with all the amenities a person could want. The grandchildren liked the kids' movies in the video library. Everyone enjoyed the games. Lisa was always easy and quick to communicate with. She was always responsive with our questions and needs, for example when we needed an extra crockpot, she left one for us to use. We were three related families with 3 children, and everyone seemed to have enough space and privacy. We really enjoyed our stay here. Besides walking on the beach, we really loved the Yaquina Head lighthouse and the tide pools. Our security deposit was refunded very promptly following our stay. Definitely recommend this as a comfortable place to stay.

We really enjoyed the house. It was as advertised and a wonderful place for the family to gather. We really liked the kitchen as the appliances are top notch. The place had everything we needed. The house is very close to Beverly Beach State Park day use parking. We will be back.

Relaxing home
We really enjoyed the relaxing, homey feel of the Beverly Beach house. The house was comfy, cozy, and had plenty of room to relax and spread out. The quick walk to Beverly Beach was great. We won't forget our walks on the trails and finding treasures on the beach.

Awesome house for family getaway
Our family rented this home for the Thanksgiving Holiday and this home was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed to create some delicious meals. The first night we had an impromptu dance party in the dining room. The second day we watched football and played board games/puzzles upstairs. The flow and configuration of the home was absolutely perfect for a family gathering. The neighborhood/community was lovely, neighbors waved to us on family walks. We had high hopes booking the property and our expectations were met and exceeded. Lisa was great to work with, super responsive regarding any questions. She also provided lots of information regarding the property and local amenities. Great experience and looking forward to a return trip.

Amazing place!
What a beautiful home, everything was amazing! They have not forgotten a thing! My brothers and I booked this for a surprise for our very classy 60yr old mother for her bday! Boy she was not only surprised but fell in love w this property! It was exactly her taste, walking in almost seemed as if she decorated it!
Lisa was amazing and complete! Thank u Beverly beach house and there family you have not only brought a smile to our face this weekend but memories that we will always cherish. We will see u soon for we are already booking our next trip!
