The property was wonderful and in a great location. The only problem with the stay was that we had 5 people and no showers working. Only the hand held on the jack and jill bathroom worked.

Love the house and location

When I picked this location it was because previous reviews said that they wished they’d not rented a car because everything was in walking distance, true. Everything was as the pictures showed and even more than them. We loved every amenity except the water pressure in the 1/2 bath shower was very low. We had a family reunion and rented four homes. Except we didn’t have a beach front home, all the family members said if they came again they’d prefer 59 Almeria St. the house is unbelievably clean and tastefully furnished! We will stay there again. If your looking to sightsee downtown St. Augustine and don’t want to bother with parking (hard to find and expensive) this location and property will be the place to stay and have wonderful memories.

Our family, consisting of 3 adults and two children thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this lovingly rennovated and maintained two-bedroom bungalow in the Historic District of St. Augustine. The owners maintained the character of the cottage in their renovations so that you can enjoy the historic nature right of the area right where you are staying. We could walk to everything in the Historic District that we selected to visit, though we could have stayed an entire week and not seen it all. All-in-all I cannot say enough positive things about this lovely little cottage and the hosts welcoming accomodations!

What an adorable home! It was clean, SO quiet, charming, in a great location within easy walking distance to downtown and shopping, well stocked with comforts from quality furnishings to kitchenware. There was one issue upon arrival which was immediately resolved by the homeowners and we were more than satisfied. We will return for sure!

Everything about our stay at this property was great. Responsive host, beautifully renovated clean house with everything necessary for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Location is very convenient at a walking distance to the historical downtown and a large playground for kids of all ages. We parked the car upon arrival and needed it later only to go grocery shopping, walked everywhere else.

The photos do not do this beautiful cottage justice. The home is spotless and beautifully decorated. The home was a short walking distance to downtown Saint Augustine where we viewed the Nights of Lights and enjoyed drinks from local eateries. I highly recommend!

Great communication. Very clean. Accurate description of property and amenities. Overall very quiet, except for the occasional train rumbling by in the distance. We will definitely look to stay here again during future visits.

We loved the house, very quaint and cozy. The house was very clean and the bedding, pillows and towels were top notch. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond. We wanted to stay longer!!

This house is in a great location in the heart of the St Augustine Historic district. There is a driveway for parking but you don't need your car you can simply walk around the historic district which is great because there is no place to park in St Augustine. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. We really liked the layout and the big kitchen as we did a lot of cooking! There is a beautiful quaint fenced in back yard with really nice landscaping and lighting, a grill and two nice sized tables for outdoor entertaining/relaxing. We went over Christmas break and the white lights of St Augustine were amazing and the people were so kind and everyone wishing each other a Merry Xmas, lots of spirit and positive energy!! We went to Point Vedre beach, Vilano beach, played putput golf at the waterfront, played 9 holes of golf (at Royal St. Augustine nice public course and reasonable price), went to classic car museum, alligator farm, movie theatre, hiked at Guana WMA, and had xmas eve dinner outside at Casa Reina which was a lot of fun. I also swam laps at the Solomon Calhoun outdoor heated pool and we worked out at Planet Fitness on a cheap guest pass - both less than 10 minutes from house. Frans's was very quick to respond to my questions at booking and the day of arrival providing contact info if i had any questions. I hope to go back to St Augustine again, I just love this city and would definitely stay at this vrbo again.

Wonderful property within a short walk to St George Street, Fort and Flagler College. No need to battle for parking downtown! House wonderfully maintained and appointed. Hosts exceptionally responsive. We will definitely return! Do not hesitate to rent this cottage!

Wonderful, charming, well-maintained, spotlessly clean cottage in fabulous location in historic center of Saint Augustine. This house is lovely inside and out and the location is outstanding. It’s just beautiful and the owners have done a tasteful and high quality renovation. It’s spacious inside and the back garden is an extra bonus. Driveway parking is incredibly convenient. Easy walking access to the best of historic center. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

The home was just as described...perfect for our trip to St. Augustine. Location was good and walkable to downtown. The home was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Owner was very responsive and VERY accommodating to our needs. Also very gracious and allowed for early arrival and late check out at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated! My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!

The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. A few slight things that should be fixed in the house, like the door knobs to one of the bathrooms needs to be replaced and the screen door needs to be fixed. But other then that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

At first I was skeptical to rent another house. But seeing how hotels are now a days, I decided to give VRBO and this house a shot. The owner was on the money with messages, responded within seconds to a few minutes to my requests. I have to say this house is stunning. Nice wood floors and nicely decorated. Also felt very clean which is probably the most important part in an overnight stay now a days because of the COVID. The house is a 5 - 10 min walk to Downtown St Augustine which saves money on parking and you can have some alcoholic beverages and not drive. The house was fully equipped with essential such as paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, toilet paper and clean towels. Great Place to stay !! Would recommend.
