We had a wonderful stay at Genteel Home in Seville. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a great location, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.
A special mention to Lydia, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. She was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive, always getting back to us straight away whenever we needed anything. Her excellent customer service really made a difference and made us feel very well looked after.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Genteel Home to anyone visiting Seville. We would happily stay here again!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was great, and we had a very pleasant stay. The location was also excellent and very convenient for visiting Seville. I would definitely recommend this place!

The property was absolutely beautiful. They thought of everything. It was easy to find and it was walking distance to every place. It had a washer as well as a drying stand.

Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants around. Easy to walk everywhere but also has bus routes on the doorstep.
We travelled with a toddler and they provided a high chair and a cot without having to ask for it.
Very organised toiletry and welcome pack including basics for cooking and washing up.
All furniture is very new and the kitchen appliances are too. Smart tv connects to Netflix, Disney plus etc.
The staff were very quick to respond to queries over WhatsApp.
The room doesn’t lock from the inside which means that my toddler could reach the handle and escape at any point. It’s worrying that they let us book this room despite knowing about this feature.
The bedroom is next to a very busy road- don’t book if noise annoys you at night.
