Communication to enter property were clear and concise, and the property met our needs perfectly.

The communication of the host was excellent. The host checked that we had arrived safely inside and wished us an enjoyable stay. The host was also extremely helpful when we were involved in a minor incident at the property. Someone had obviously arrived at an incorrect address, and the host was most reassuring. The situation resolved itself; immediate contact with the host was very much appreciated. The property intend was conveniently located between the train station and the Royal Alcazar and the Cathedral. The apartment met our needs perfectly; kitchen, dining area, sleeping area and bathroom were all clean and appropriate as described.

Can’t think of anything that could have been better!

Give Osman a rise!

Although we had a change of the apartment cause of malfunction with lock, the owner was kind enough to set us up with a higher end apartment with the an excellent location and no extra charge. Thumbs up to Osman for being friendly and helpful.

Nice and cosy room with friendly hosts

The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. They were super willing to help us and share tips with us for the nest experience in Seville. The room was nice, with very comfy beds and a nice bathroom.

The only negative I could say is a smell that was coming from the bathroom.

Está muy sucio en general debajos de las camas y del sofá habi mucha mugre y también en la noche habían hormigas no svaimso de donde venían pero es obvio que de afuera
