Die Lage (im Grünen) zum LK Graz war perfekt. Anbindung an Öffis okay. Sehr freundliche Vermietung!!!

Eine sehr enge steile Treppe für den 1. Stock.

Das eigene Badezimmer mit Föhn war toll. Auch Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles mit dem Zugsngscode hat auch gut funktioniert. Die Bushaltestelle gegenüber der Unterkunft war spitze! Auch das Personal war supernett und hat mich nach Nachfrage sofort angerufen, dass ein späterer Check-In kein Problem ist. Echt freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Tropfen im Badezimmer, was aber nach Info an die Unterkunft gleich repariert wird. Es war auch um 9 oder 10 am Abend ein extremer Essensgeruch (wie nach dem Frittieren) im Zimmer, obwohl ich nicht gekocht habe. Auch um halb 6 morgens wieder. Das war echt unangenehm. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war auch echt laut, aber das ist schwer zu ändern.

Skvelá poloha, do centra 10min autem. Ubytování vhodné pro kratší pobyt.

Ubytování spíše stredniho standardu, co se tyče vybaveni pokoje. Pokud jste ubytováni v patre, ponekud prikre schody, bez vytahu. Doporučila bych pro kratší pobyt, jinak cena vykon odpovidala.

All in all okay; all needed goodies were there; nice shower; lots of space, bus stop very close by (unfortunately public transport frequency slows down very early in the evening on Saturday/Sunday but very good during the week

Actually pretty noisy due to thin walls and the door to a corridor I assume where every word could be picked up, remote for TV was missing (but did not use it anyway), parking space marking should help, bed too low

It had a great view and a bus stop in front of the property.

The kindness of the owner

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. I found the trash can full. There were 8 rooms but 4 parking spaces. We had to park on the edge of a freeway. It was dangerous to cross the street. Wifi connection never worked. The rooms is very noisy. We booked two nights but checked out in the morning. The owner kindly offered us a refund for the second night.

Location was good, just make sure to check the bus times (especially on Sunday, I had to catch the last bus back and it was quite early) Nice view from my window and comfy beds!

I guess it’s an old house, so the house was a bit noisy (creaking etc)

Great place and a kind host. The room was ok for one night stay. I was fast in the city centre the next morning. Everything was as expected and presented on the platform. Free parking next to the house.

My room had a window on the road side, but the cars driving by early morning didn’t bother me too much.
