Everything else was ok
Check in process was unpleasant. Took almost 2 hrs nearing to 5pm for room to be ready when i checked in at 1.15pm. Knowing guest is in vicinity, hotel should prioritise rooms for housekeep and i know that official check in is 3pm. I was asked to wait by a Trainee till almost 5pm with no recovery plan and just wait and wait. Managed to speak to their Duty Mgr and he recovered the whole situation which should have been done earlier.

The few times we have been staying at Operon has been pleasant, comfortable, convenient and overall a positive experience. Breakfast buffet - thoroughly enjoyable! Spread and quality offered at a great price. Keep it up, thanks
Nothing much except perhaps the condition of the room we last stayed looked a little trashed up.
