Nice, spacious rooms. The garden and the pool area were beautiful and offered stunning views. Great place to relax.
Water in the pool was ice cold making it impossible to enjoy the experience that a pool can provide. Spa are can be improved as well.

Location and staff, were all AMAZING.
We got an upgrade to our room, which was very sizable and beautiful with a great balcony. I really appreciated this
The hotel itself is gorgeous, the food and drinks were very nice.
Its a lovely hotel, but because its not cheap, I have extra high standards.
Parking - we weren't told upfront the parking was not in the hotel, so we paid for parking nearby, to be told there was free parking a few minutes away. Would have been helfpul to know this first!
Spa - the sauna was tepid, not enough to make you sweat, we asked for it to be hotter, but still not hot enough.
The TV - offered casting, but not for iphones, so a hugeeee tv we couldn't use.
No furniture on the balcony - it was only good for smoking, which I know the previous person who stayed did, because the ashtray was full and left out there.
Hairdryer stopped working as I was about to check out!
