Situated in Bowral, this lovely house for $1,115 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Built to enjoy the gardens and bush vista from every room. Light filled north facing to make to the most of the sun and provide plenty of space for large groups to enjoy. 2 separate living rooms upstairs each with their own kitchen (and fridge) and a large theatre room (with Foxtel, Sony PlayStation 3 with games and DVDs, Apple TV) and wine tasting room down stairs. Built with the entertainer in mind the butlers pantry has another fridge and second dishwasher. The main living room opens to a large deck and doors that completely open to allow indoor outdoor living and access to the 8 burner Ziegler Brown Grand Turbo BBQ and ZB outdoor fridge. One side of the house can be closed off by the barn doors and has 2 large bedrooms (one with TV, the other can be a king or 2 king singles), living room with another TV and its own Foxtel box and bathroom with double shower. The other side of the house boasts 4 double bedrooms (one can be either a king bed or 2 king singles) the master has walk in wardrobe and ensuite (with bath and double shower) and a TV with its own private deck. There is a main bathroom with a bath and double shower and a powder room. Downstairs is another full bathroom. The location is second to none only 5 mins to Bowral shops located 2 mins away from Milton Park and Bong Bong racetrack on a quiet 2 acre block. At the back of the block is a gate leading to walking trails and Hammock Hill reserve. Its the best of the country life. We have checkin in after 11am and out before 4pm to allow you to really enjoy the whole weekend and stay as this is important to us.

So greatful to Lucinda & Guy for letting us stay in your beautiful palace! Stayed here because our brother got married at Bendooley Estate Berimma which was about a 13min drive on New Year’s Eve. Loved each part of the house very spacious most comfortable beds and lounges. Had everything we needed, breath taking views heated bathroom floors. Can go on and on about it, it was very hard to leave. 100/100 definitely a memorable stay for my family and I.

A Wonderful home so perfect for a large family gathering. Communication from hosts Guy & Lucinda was exceptional and extra touches eg a decorated Christmas tree & champagne on arrival added to the experience. Special mention to the well-equipped kitchen & extra fridges that made hosting Christmas for 12 adults a breeze. The home is especially good in inclement weather with ample undercover areas and plenty of places to duck away for a game or quiet time! Would stay again and thoroughly recommend.

We were very comfortable & enjoyed the layout & all warmth- the media room & the table tennis table were well used & we all loved the showers. The outlook & the views were stunning & we enjoyed some lovely walks around the property. The house is beautifully presented & well equipped for a family group. It was hard to leave.

The owners, Guy and Lucinda were always (even before the stay) available and promptly replied to all our questions so had no trouble or worries as they were all solved right away. The property was so spacious and fit five families (all with kids) plus one grandparent easily. Plenty of space for kids to play, the theatre room was like a little paradise for the kids, the kitchen was well equipped with various kitchen utensils as well as pots and pans, many plates and glasses. All 6 bedrooms were beautifully decorated. Loved the main bedroom with an ensuite, a little terrace and a huge walk in wardrobe. Just too many things to praise about this property! Definitely would love to stay again.

We were so happy with this house. It is SO spacious, light filled and comfortable, which worked so well for our mixed friends/family group. There are essentially 2 wings to the house - one with 2bed/bath/lounge and the other with 4 bed/2bath and a communal kitchen/lounge/dining/balcony. There was garage parking for 4 cars, along with a games/theatre room and ping pong in the garage. The house was very well appointed, with everything we needed to cook from the house. Lots of beautiful touches such as toiletries and heated bathroom floors. The house is about 10min from town, so close enough for supplies but private enough with sprawling hill views. The hosts were excellent to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

We could not fault this beautiful house! The two wing design with the kids den downstairs and fully stocked kitchens were just wonderful. Beautiful bathrooms, the comfiest beds and so much space! We all agreed it was a 10/10 home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the house. The photos don’t do justice to the scale of the property- it’s just stunning. We were a group of 8 girlfriends & there was so much space to enjoy either as a group or alone.

We had a wonderful stay with all of our family! Guy and Lucinda were so generous and fantastic to us and we loved every minute. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want. Fantastic for entertaining for a large group and great for kids. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful experience away.
