About this house rental
Situated in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely house for $796 per night is a great option for your next break. Relaxing 4br/3.5ba waterfront duplex with amazing sunset views, dock access, boat slip and private elevator. Experience the island lifestyle at this increcidble waterfront property located right in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Recently updated with a private elevator and only steps to the beach, local shops, and several dining options, The Blue Pearl offers everything you need to live like a local. Catch a sunset or cast a line from the dock. Bring your boat as a 23 ft. boat slip is available for guest use. **Slip is located between the bridges, so the tides can prevent T top boats from fitting due to bridge clearance heights** **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.** The main level provides a welcoming front porch plus the bright and open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas, all with amazing views of Banks Channel. A fully stocked kitchen and wet bar include all the comforts of home and make sure to shoot the island breezes from the rocking chairs on the waterfront deck. The perfect spot to watch the sunset. The powder bath completes the main level. On the third floor you'll find the waterfront master suite bedroom with a King bed, private deck, incredible views, Roku smart TV, and an updated, spa-like master bathroom with roll in shower and separate freestanding tub. Elevator does access this level, and the laundry room including a utiltiy sink completes the third floor. The top level offers a master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, smart Roku TV, and private balcony so you can wake up to some of the best views on the island. A queen bedroom includes water views and a Roku smart TV. The last bedroom is a bunk bedroom with a Twin over Twin bunk bed and a Twin over Full bunk bed. A shared hall bathroom completes the top floor *Please note there is No elevator access to the top level** The ground level includes the dock with gazebo, boat slip, and waterfront deck with sitting area. The covered back patio provides a cool retreat from the sun with outdoor shower and fenced in backyard creating the perfect spot to have that waterfront cookout you've been dreaming about. You'll also have access to kayaks to enjoy exploring the beautiful waters, as well as bikes to cruise around the island. The garage has parking for 2 vehicles, and extra full size refrigerator, and all the beach equipment you'll need. Elevator access is on the ground level, adding convenience for loading your groceries and luggage upstairs. Driveway parking for 2-3 more vehicles (depending on vehicle size). Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
