Facilities were very nice and modern particularly compared to other places we have stayed at in Italy. Rooms were spacious (we booked a few on this floor as we were travelling as a bigger group) and they were clean and well maintained! The location was also perfect, so close to everything! It is within the ZTL zone but we used their recommended private garage serice to park all 3x cars, which meant they were able to drop us at the front door with our suitcases.
Nothing much only flag to guests would be that there was no lift so you have to carry your bags, but this is only up one flight of stairs.

Our third time staying here, and we love it more each time. The rooms are beautiful, the location is perfect and the staff are amazing, we’ll definitely be back.

Room was very clean and well kept. Looked exactly like the photos. The building seems very traditional which was also pleasant. Location was amazing. You are a very short walk from the plaza and great restaurants.
Everything was fine. There is no lift, only stairs (24 to be exact) up to the rooms. Wasn’t a problem generally, except when carrying suitcases to and from.

Location was amazing and the staff was very helpful. Room was big and it was a nice Italian building.
The Only problem was there was no elevator but the building and the city is so old so it can understandable
$$$$
