Loved the room and also the fact that they helped accommodate our dates to enjoy the same room at the beginning and at the end of our trip around Italy.
I liked the staff at the lobby except when I lost or was stollen of my wallet and got no empathy/help/suggestions from the staff as to how to proceed about it.
Staff at restaurant was not nice.
At the lobby staff (especially Daniel or Gabriel, can’t remember) were very nice to us and to our children.

The hotel location was great! Close to major tourist sites and with heaps of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel rooms were modern within ancient ceilings and walls. Staff were all very friendly and efficient especially Romina who made our stay all the more interesting. Well done to all!

Great position. Nice clean room.
First room I was given did not have a warning about having 2 steps down into the room. I fell down heavily and fell there should be a warning on the door.
I arrived late at night so it was dark and didn’t realise.
