We had a wonderful stay at Twin Villa Red in Nuwara Eliya. The villa was superb—beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and kind throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcomed.
The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby restaurants and other attractions. Everything was convenient, peaceful, and well taken care of.
Definitely one of the best stays we have had in Nuwara Eliya. We would happily recommend Twin Villa Red 100% to anyone visiting the area. We will certainly visit again!

The breakfast was great, there were several different options such as pancakes, sausages, omelets and bread with a side of butter and strawberry jam. I was very satisfied with the meal the staff provided me with to start my day off. The staff were very polite throughout my whole stay and the room I stayed in was spotless. The beds were also very comfortable and are suitable for a good night's rest.
There was nothing I disliked about this hotel at all.

Location and room size
Reception staff was rude and breakfast was very disappointed. They serving curries and extra items for selecting guests only. Not recommending anyone to stay here with BB. Totally waste of you’re money as they also taking bb from outside shop and serving in there villa. You can have best BB if you go to town.. as staff not helpful not recommending to anyone
