Our return visit to this property created even better memories than our first. Such a clean home with all the necessities. Quick response from Grady the owner and a quiet neighborhood with beautiful river out front. We'll be back!

This property is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The owners are wonderful.

The property was perfect for our needs! Nicely appointed kitchen and living areas with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location right on the river even in the winter months, great view! We want to come back in the warmer months to take advantage of the water toys and location!

This is a great place to relax by the water. Owner’s thought of everything. They even had treats for us on our arrival! Super comfortable and clean

This is a large, well-appointed home! In the cool evenings we turned the fireplace on and logged in to our streaming service on the smart tv. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it’s just a short drive to every amenity. The host has a comprehensive book with everything you’ll need for the home and surrounding area. I will absolutely stay here again when I’m back in the area!

We loved the space and the waterfront. Lots of water toys including kayaks and paddle boards. The home was spotless and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Everything about this house was all that we hoped it would be for our family gathering! The property is beautiful! The house is clean and had every supply that we could possibly need. Kayaking and fishing on the river or just sitting around the fire pit made our vacation so much fun! Highly recommend!

We stayed here with kids ages 5, 7, and 8. The kids had the BEST time. The water is calm and the kids learned how to kayak for the first time! There was so much space for everyone. The house is stocked with all the essentials for cooking. The back deck is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. We will definitely be going back.

Everything was perfect...nice note and sweet treat upon arrival, so organized and labeled, extremely clean, nice towels, comfortable beds. We loved the firepit. My husband and daughter used the kayaks. We spent a long weekend for our daughters wedding, talked about coming again next year as a family, as it was so wonderful!

This is a lovely home in a great location. Great space, nicely furnished/decorated, and very comfortable. Lots of catches right from the dock and shore. This was our first time in the area and we will definitely be back.

This rental is awesome. We so much enjoyed our stay only wish we would of booked more days to enjoy it. The deck is great for just sitting and watching the birds and squirrels. We were in town for a wedding. Great place to relax on the water. The house is clean and enough room for everyone for there own space. Everything is labeled nicely and the kitchen is very well stocked. We loved the extra touch of s’mores for us to have at the campfire. We loved all the water toys, kayaks and chairs available for by the water. No need to bring those items. We used the gas grill. Michelle always replied to my texts super fast. They definitely have thought of everything for this rental. Keep up the great job and your Vrbo will be a big success. Thanks again!

We were in town to experience Eau Claire in anticipation of our son attending school there this semester. This house was exactly what we needed! So clean and well stocked…delightful sandy bottom river and fire pit close to the water. We will be back! Highly recommend:)

This home was spotless and was equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. The décor and furniture was beautiful. There were plenty of towels and blankets and all the kitchen essentials you could ever need. I always bring plenty of my own kitchen things but never unpacked anything other than my personal low sodium seasonings. There are so many games and we were extremely surprised when we opened the shed down by the river to find stand up boards, kayaks, life jackets, chairs and sand toys. We brought plenty of our own but they really had everything you could possibly want. Some of us used a stand up board for the first time. My granddaughter learned to use a stand up board and kayak on this trip. The sand beach was wonderful and we were in the river most of the day. We grilled all our food but made use of the spotless oven as well. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit every night. It rained some of the time but that did not put an end to our fun. The TV's are very large and the picture was great so we enjoyed a few movies while playing games at the large dining room table. The hosts were in constant contact before our arrival answering all my question of which there were plenty. They were very responsive when we arrived making sure we got in easily. The neighbors were extremely friendly and quiet, made for total tranquility. Each of my adult children made a special point to thank me for the awesome vacation. We all drive so much during our work week we just settled in and had a blast, well with the exception of a trip into town for ice cream from Olsons. There were just so many special little touches. I have never felt so welcome or at home in any rental.

This was a perfect rental for our family. It was super clean and well organized. We appreciated that everything was labeled. The location was in a quiet neighborhood on an interesting section of the Eau Claire River. Our family would love to stay at this property again.

The property was exactly as described, if not better. Extremely comfortable and well organized. Amenities everywhere, such as firewood and s’mores supplies provided. The bonfire area by the water was amazing.

Home was clean and cozy. Property has a great view of the water and woods beyond. Area was quiet . Our grandchildren loved the round swing in the backyard. Nice deck to relax on. We feel lucky to have found such a nice place too stay during our time in Wisconsin.
