Loved the manager who greeted us on our arrival on August 2nd and organised a light supper for us.
The space in our bedroom with low eaves was so cleverly used.
We were happy with everything.

Pascal was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and his love for Bayonne was infectious. His restaurant recommendations were 100%. The hotel was beautiful. Room was great.
There was nowhere to dry clothes/ swimwear. The pool was a little small for the amount of guests and we couldn’t get sun loungers on one occasion. As the hotel only serves breakfast, it would be useful to have a fridge in the room for snacks, drinks etc

Pleasant hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
We left a Kindle e-reader behind and having asked several times for the e-reader to be sent on (for which we have offered to pay costs) we can’t get an answer either way. A strange style of management. Yes or no (for good reason) can’t be beyond the hotel management.
