The bright and inviting living area provides a comfortable place to relax after a day in the Florida sunshine while large sliding glass doors bring in plenty of natural light and showcase the tropical scenery beyond. Step outside onto your private balcony and enjoy views over the South Seas pool area and across the island landscape toward the Gulf and Tigertail Preserve, the perfect setting for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or simply enjoying the warm Marco Island weather.
The kitchen is fully renovated and equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The condo features 2 comfortable bedrooms making it an excellent choice for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the 2nd bedroom offers a queen-size bed. 2 full bathrooms add convenience and privacy, especially when traveling with multiple guests.
And when it’s time for the beach, we’ve made it easy. Guests have access to a collection of beach gear provided with the condo, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a small cooler. Cleanliness of the bathrooms and poor quality of towels was disappointing. Sofa was in need of replacement/very uncomfortable.

We loved the condo. Very neat and clean and had a great view of the Gulf of America. The pool was not available because of repairs which was unfortunate but not a huge deal. The only real negatives were the TV in the second bedroom wasn't working and we had to pay to do laundry. But, the positives far outweighed the negatives and we would definitely stay there again.

Our 6th floor condor had a lovely view of Tigertail lagoon, its beach, the pool shared by tower 3&4 and sunsets were enjoyed from our balcony. The less populated section of beach in front of the 4 condo towers is a short walk away and the waters are calm and warm enough to be enjoyed in May. Marco island is easy to navigate with many awesome restaurants, The Boulevard, La Tavola to name just 2! The condo is stocked with dishes and cooking implements. I would strongly suggest that more consumable essentials be stocked in the condo such as toilet paper and hand soap given the nightly cost of the unit, taxes and fees. Overall, we enjoyed the decor of this unit and the proximity to the elevator and parking garage, and it’s location on Collier blvd. I especially enjoyed the walk along the canals at the neighboring two story condos on this gated property. I would consider staying here again. Beds were very comfortable (1 King, 1 queen and 1 queen sofa bed, which we didn’t use).
