Check-in was nonexistent; there was never any interaction with a person. Welcomes, instructions, everything was done by email. The living spaces were nice, although the bedding was not great. Stains on the sheets and comforter thin and noisy in the master bedroom. Also, the kitchen could use attention. The top shelf of the dishwasher was broken; printed labels on stovetop knobs peeling off; pans and cutlery old and rusty. The microscopic ants and gnats were a nuisance. Overall, our stay was fine, but we were expecting a bit more.

It all was as described with everything you will need for a great stay. The access instructions were spot on.The unit was clean with everything in its place. Close to a small shopping mall for all your other needs and very close to great beach access and snorkeling bay. Also very near the Kona County Club.
