About this house rental
This private 3 brm 2-1/2 bath Na Hale O Keauhou Townhome is located in a gated luxurious resort complex with breathtaking views of the ocean, beach or mountains. Within walking distance to shopping, activities, restaurants, theater and beaches, including the famed Kahaluu Beach Park...the Big Islands best known snorkel beach.
There are three large-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom is a romantic retreat, complete with a comfortably furnished lanai to watch those stunning Hawaiian Sunsets. The master bath has an oversized separate tub and shower, masterful Italian cabinetry and granite countertops. The second and third bedrooms offer queen bed and two twins and large closets as well. All rooms are complete with cool breeze tropical ceiling fans.
The gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and Italian cabinetry - everything to satisfy your culinary tastes. The dining, and open beam living space comes beautifully furnished and includes flat screen HD television, DVD player and WiFi. The lay out is perfect to ensure your guests are always a part of the conversation.
The unit is near the gorgeous pool area, which also includes an oversized Jacuzzi, fitness center, clubhouse and gas BBQ grills complete with ocean views. Perfect for you and your guests to relax and enjoy at the day’s end. Please note. Ac is optional and you aren't required to choose the Ac option but if you do choose to have AC there is an additional fee of $25 per day. Ac really isn't needed Nov thru April but recommended May through October

Very nice condo and the views were fantastic. Pool area was real close and there was a public beach access about 1/4 mile away to watch sunsets. Condo had beach chairs, towels and boogie boards to use which was great. Very quiet and meet some nice neighbors in the complex at the pool. Thank you Shawn.

Wonderful place to stay. We book this at the last minute after diverting from a trip to Puerto Vallarta. Very clean, spacious condo. Quite complex with amazing pool. The kitchen is well stocked and tons of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards which was so nice to not have to rent. Great pool and spa. Patio can seat a large family. Close to stores, shopping and the town of Kona. Lots of parking.

Started off before even arriving. Was told that we would need to pay extra for A/C which on the ammenities list was not mentioned. Not entirely the condo owners fault as when you click the more link on ammenities, an A/C charge is listed. So that is more a VRBO issue. But the customer tried to get us to pay outside of the protected VRBO payment platform, and when I told him I'd rather pay through VRBO, I was charged more. Once we arrives the door code we were provided was incorrect. Once that was figured out we found that the celing fan in one of the bedrooms was missing a blade so we were able to use it. The oven door in the kitchen was broken so it would not latch and was non-functional. The condo owner did have a repair service come and fix it, but it was not functional for the first 5 days of our stay. The dishwasher was also broken and non-functional the entire stay. Wifi code was not listed and it took a few days to get that sorted out. After looking it was on the bottom of the page in the checkout instructions hidden in a folder, not with the condo general info or a place that would have made sense. All in all, we will not be back to this unit and do not recommend it unless things get fixed.
