Absolutely the best view on the breathtakingly on the 18th floor! This beautifully decorated brand new condominium offers a king-size master bedroom and living area both overlooking the emerald green waters and sugar-white sand of the Gulf of AMERICA ! If you are looking for a beachfront vacation condo with all the extras and luxuries of home, this is the one for you!
You will enjoy the private balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and living area, with a beautiful ocean view overlooking both pools and the children’s water play area. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with luxurious bedding, a garden tub, and shower. No bunk beds in the hallway here. Our bunk room features a bunk bed with twin on top and full on the bottom. This unit also features granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs in all rooms, cable, telephone and wireless internet, and a nice oversized balcony. Free beach service ,3 Beach chairs and umbrella in the room.
The private pool deck, which is located on the fifth floor, features two oversized pools (one of which is heated), two hot tubs, grills, and a huge mushroom fountain for the kids to enjoy! This resort also features a fully-equipped fitness center overlooking the pools and ocean, and a meeting room. Sunrise Beach offers a covered parking garage on the Gulf side - no street crossovers.
Sunrise Beach is located on the much desired west end of Panama City Beach and within walking distance to the popular Pier Park and Russell-Fields Pier (City Pier), featuring Jimmy Buffett s Margaritaville!! Enjoy a cool drink on the rooftop, while watching the waves roll in ... and enjoy a Cheeseburger in Paradise!! Also featuring the Back Porch Restaurant, an original Hofbrauhaus (from Munich, Germany!), Tootsie s Country Bar, Pompano Joes, Rum Runners (a tropical island grill and dueling piano bar) , art and souvenir shops, snacks, 16-screen movie & IMAX theatre, a midway full of rides for the kids, and much, MUCH more. During the summer, you can also enjoy free concerts for the whole family. Fun for all, with plenty of parking, and only one mile west of Sunrise Beach. Definitely worth a visit during your stay!

Our beach sand is so white and clean that it actually squeaks when you walk on it (no kidding!)!! Our beaches are consistently rated among the best in the U.S. and for good reason. Calm, clear waters. Smooth, soft sand. Gently sloping, shallow beaches. And an abundance of wildlife ranging from dolphin to stingrays to sea turtles can all be seen from our balconies!

The view from the condo was great. The kitchen was functional and had what we needed to cook simple meals. We were able to comfortably sleep 2 adults, 3 children and a baby. Having 2 full bathrooms was a plus. All my questions prior to traveling were answered quickly. The only negative about this condo is the elevators. There are only 4 for 25 floors and most of the week one was broken. We unfortunately had to spend time waiting on an elevator almost every time we needed one.

Fourth year staying there. Great spot, great views, great condo, comfortable furniture, options for pot coffee or k-cups, plenty of cooking utensils.The beach is right there, you don’t have to walk across the street hauling things, if you forget something you just run back up to your room real quick, 2 chairs on the beach are available to you, and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. This might be my 2nd or 3rd review, but it’s just a good spot.

Everything was wonderful. The place we stayed was great. Josh was really helpful. The parking to get paid and such was little complicated. But once we got it fixed. Was great!! Thanks again. Hope to come back soon.

We love staying at the Sunrise Beach Resort.
Living room furniture needs updating really bad. The sofa is so uncomfortable and the chair is wore out. We love the patio furniture but they could use cushions. We have stayed in this condo a couple times and we to like it but the furniture and decor needs a complete overhaul.
