1. The unit's pictures featured on VRBO are not the unit I received and not the address confirmed on my reservation. The pictures are of a much larger fancier unit with much nicer furniture than the unit I received. VRBO confirmed that when an owner rents out multiple units they must disclose that renters may receive a different unit than the one shown on the website! VRBO confirmed that this owner, Rudy, did not post that warning on the website so obviously I was justified expecting the unit to look like the one in the pictures. BEWARE! Since this owner owns multiple units, you will probably not get the one pictured. 2. I had email conversations with Rudy before arriving and she confirmed that I was allowed to bring my 2 dogs. When I arrived to check into the unit at the PC Convention Center I was stunned to be told that no pets were allowed and then also handed written rules also stating that no pets were allowed. I was worried the entire time I was there that someone would kick my dogs and me out! 3. The unit was not properly cleaned. There was left over food from the previous guests in the refrigerator, spilled pink sticky juice or soda on the floor that I had to wipe up and lots of human hair on the sides of the shower. 4. Three days into my stay I noticed a paper posted on the door into the building stating that the HOA would be making inspections of all of the units in the building the following day during a window of time. I was stunned that the owner had not contacted me to tell me that multiple people would be entering my unit. When I spoke with Rudy she confirmed that she knew about the inspection but obviously had not let me know. Even though I told her that I would not let them in (especially because I was trying to hide my dogs) they still showed up and of course my dogs barked when they knocked on the door. Fortunately, I was leaving the next day. 5. Part of the flooring which is supposed to be used as a transition piece between a bathroom and a different room was instead located in the middle of the unit's main area and it was not secured to the floor itself. It kept popping loose and I had to keep forcing it back into place. 1 of the units only 2 wobbly chairs also lost a screw and couldn't be used because I didn't have tools. WiFi is also spotty at best. 6. When I complained to Rudy about the issues before I left she did not respond. VRBO also asked her to work with me and she didn't. This was my 1st and last VRBO stay!

Clean unit, well decorated. Lots of towels and extra pillows was wonderful. Need some place to sit though. Maybe a couple side chairs instead of chaise. There were two opened bottles of wine in fridge that was strange for a rental and housecleaning should remove used soap bars between guests. Convenient location but too far to walk to Main St restaurants and shops.

We stayed over night after dinner in PC. Super close to Main Street. Just enough room for the two of us and had a fully stocked kitchenette. Rudy the host was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Would recommend this place for a weekend getaway for 2! Great location and proximity to town - free shuttle picks up right out front of condo. Hot tub was fantastic after the slopes and a few great spots in the neighborhood for breakfast and dinner. Thanks for having us!

So I was only staying in the area for one day of skiing And I’ve never been to the area. Location is awesome the house is impeccable and the owner answered countless questions helping me through the process. He was truly amazing and made the trip so much easier

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchenette was a great addition to the studio. It was really nice to have access to a fridge and a kitchen if we needed it. The check in process was super easy, and we were such a short drive from Main St. The complementary shower and hygiene products were very nice too. Even though we were only here for one night, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

Perfect location with bike access to restaurants, breweries and Park Ave. small studio, but very clean and functional for 2 adults and a 🐶. Would highly recommend.

This property thought of everything when it came to personal amenities. The cleanliness of the unit was on par. The kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The owner was responsive to our communication onsite via VRBO. I would recommend.

We stayed here overnight. The property was clean and well kept. The property description indicated a King bed and we felt it was a Queen size. The pool is a short walk away from the unit. Check In process was easy.
