We spent two days at this wonderful accommodation last June, and I can only say that the owners are delightful. They offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, are helpful, kind, sweet, and always have a smile on their face. You can rent a scooter very cheaply right here, so the location isn't a problem at all. On the contrary, the place is surrounded by lush fields and rice paddies, making it very peaceful. Thank you, Modisha and Nishant, we'll be back someday!

Une très belle rencontre avec notre hote avec qui nous avons apprécié les échanges. Le logement est au calme, à 15 minutes à pied de la rue principale et de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.
Nous nous sommes très bien sentis. Il y a aussi une cuisine partagée.
Les extérieurs sont beaux et des hamacs permettent de se reposer confortablement.
Notre hôte nous a également conduit en Tuktuk lorsque nous en avons eu besoin.
Un excellent rapport qualité prix
Il faisait chaud, car pas de climatisation. Toutefois, avec le ventilateur au plafond nous avons tout de même très bien dormi

From the moment you arrive, the host makes you feel genuinely welcome—warm, kind, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. It’s that rare kind of hospitality you don’t forget.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need to relax after a day of beach-hopping or whale watching. There’s a lovely, laid-back atmosphere throughout the property that just makes it easy to unwind.
What really sets this place apart is the personal touch—the little things, like helpful local tips, a friendly chat, or making sure you’re completely taken care of. You can tell they truly care about their guests.
Location-wise, it’s ideal—close enough to all the action in Mirissa, but still peaceful enough to get a great night’s sleep.
If you’re looking for authentic Sri Lankan hospitality with an awesome host and a relaxed vibe, this place absolutely delivers. Would 100% stay again.
It was hot weather by Sri Lanka standard maybe 3-4 degrees above normal. We felt the room was hot during the night so I would suggest to ask for extra peddle stood fan for extra cooling.
