Friendly staff. Lovely views.
Wash basin taps were hard to turn off.
Curtains didn't fully cover the window.
These were not a big problem.

Good location, staff were very friendly
Shower was a bit difficult to adjust and bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but the room itself was nice and the common areas were lovely.

The place is clean and the communal areas are lovely. The room we had was a small twin but had a great view of Mt Fitz Roy. The heating and hot water worked. Great location in town ( the town is small so most places are convenient). The breakfast was basic but ok.
The staff were very lovely but I marked them down because of their incompetence. I expect a fully functioning toilet and ours wasn't...we had to hold the leaver in the cistern to try to get it to fill with water again. In the morning the pleasant staff asked if everything was OK and we told her about the toilet, her response was "well it's just like that" in a very sweet tone and asked if there was anything else! We told them the next day that the problem was still the same, when we went to check out, she had little interest and just wanted to check our room before we were, in her words "free to leave". This place comes with a lot of rules...no food in your rooms, (they don't provide kettles), you MUST hand in your key every time you leave the hotel...they double check that you have read the rules! My rule is that you have a functioning toilet. So to the management there... room number 6... FIX the toilet...the sink tape also leaks.
