I will not stay in this apartment again. The landlord has a bad attitude and is irresponsible.

The landlord was awful and irresponsible. The bedroom door was broken, locking us in. I called her but she didn't come, saying she'd come back the next morning. It was so infuriating! I've never encountered anything like this before!

There is absolutely no hygiene here, the apartment building stinks.

This is an absolute disgrace. Booking.com should have a certain standard when working with such places. I have been booking through your platform for years and have always been very satisfied, but this last property is truly a disaster. The drain hose of the washing machine is placed inside the shower tray and it is covered in filth. The bathroom in the listing and the actual bathroom have absolutely no resemblance. Some of the photos are fake; the apartment in reality has nothing to do with the one in your listing. This has seriously shaken my trust in Booking.com. I firmly believe you need to maintain a standard. The rooms are in a terrible condition and far from hygienic. If I stay here, the best-case scenario is that I catch typhoid fever. If the municipality inspected this place, they would seal it off as uninhabitable. The smell of mold and sewage is overpowering, and the air you breathe here will definitely cause lung disease after a short while. I paid 95 Euros for this accommodation, but even 5 Euros would be too much for it. If you left a pet here for 3 days, it wouldn't even survive; it would die by the second day. It is truly a massive disappointment. I was deceived by the 8.0 review score. You should actually come to this property and see it on-site; you really need to feel that awful atmosphere. This has been a huge disappointment and a terrible experience for me. There absolutely must be a sanction for this kind of false and misleading advertising; otherwise, users like me will turn to alternative platforms.
