We loved the coffee machine in the kitchen, the friendly cleaner and cleanliness of the apartment overall. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen well equipped with utensils. The location for us was the best in Verona. Close to bus/train station.

The apartment is so nice and clean!!! The neighbourhood is so chill and safe. Also the bus is right across the street. Really nice experience.

Location is superb as this is just walking distance from the train station, place was clean and comfortable and family was happy with the coolness of the airconditioning with the heat of this summer it was definitely worth it. Definitely recommending this to my friends!
I was querying on something hours before our arrival and the response was not quicker than expected, but otherwise they were patient with my previous queries and were polite and courteous.

The room was clean, comfortable, and met basic expectations. Overall, the accommodation itself was decent for a short stay.
The experience with the host was disappointing. Despite being charged an extra €15 for a late check-in, we had to check in by ourselves late at night without any in-person assistance but only through phone call. Communication was also not ideal, as responses to messages were delayed and felt unhelpful. Additionally, I found it unusual and inconvenient to be asked to pay the tourist tax in advance before arrival, as in my previous stays it is usually paid at the property.
