You'll have access to a floating boat dock for swimming, kayaking, and boating, while beach access is within easy walking distance! This lovely house features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and other small appliances. There is also a nice dining and living area for everyone to enjoy! Other amenities include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms, a covered porch with rockers, enclosed outside shower. THINGS TO KNOW Free WiFi and cable No smoking is allowed, but the home is not smoke-free *This dock at this home is 15 feet. The water at low tide in the canal varies, but maneuvering a boat should be easy (if the boat isn't too large). No ropes or buoys are provided. Guests may swim in the canal! Snowbird-friendly Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Dock details: Dock is 10 x 16 with two cleats and rubber bumpers in front. The top Deck is 16 x 12 there are two cleats and a ladder for swimming. Driveway in front is large enough for parking trailer. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We were delighted to stay at the Sea Schulz. The kitchen is adequately stocked except for drinking glasses. There are a ton of stemmed glasses but very few cups for drinking water/soda etc. The sign for logging into the WiFi is inaccurate. It says to use a network that doesn't exist and use my email as the password. The actual network shows the home address and the password is a phone number. Just gave you find the right person to get that number. These are my only small critiques. The house is great. Location is great. Thanks for having us!

We had a great time fishing until Hurricane Ian showed up and we had to go home early due to flooding will definatly stay again.

We enjoyed being in the canal,,, but when we arrived, we realized quite a few lights didn't work. It was very dark at night outside trying to walk up and down stairs from the porch. There were several steps and boards that weren't good and tripped several times on them and without lighting on the porch we were afraid we may fall down the steps and my husband fixed the handle on the commode that wouldn't flush. We appreciate everything. It was really clean though so that was a plus. Have a blessed evening.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We spend most of our time on the beach but when we got back with four kids and four adults there was plenty of space to relax. We even stayed an extra day. Thanks Sea Schulz

There were two things we really loved about Sea Schulz. 1. The location. 2. The porch that faces the canal. Only 2 of us stayed here. There are enough beds for 8 people. The house is older and lighting could be much improved. Bed was comfortable. Oh, one more thing we loved......the outdoor stereo speakers on the porch. Although there are 5 televisions in the house, we never watched TV. We spent all our time outside, on the porch, on kayaks in the canal, or on the beach. Super easy walk to the beach.
