Die Lage ist wirklich toll - trotzdem die Gondel in der Nähe vorbei fährt ist es nicht störend
Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr Auswahl gewünscht- man konnte zwar dazu bestellen aber ich habe lieber eine Auswahl, bei der ich mir selbst nehmen kann - leider gab es auf dem Zimmer keinen Wanderrucksack - das ist für mich obligatorisch- ebenso hätte ich mir auf der Terrasse mehr Privatsphäre gewünscht- eine Abtrennung zur Terrasse mit Publikum und zwischen den Zimmern ist zwar vorhanden aber nicht wirksam - man sitzt sozusagen auf dem Präsentierteller- das ist auch etwas schwierig wenn man einen Hund dabei hat… ansonsten TOP - Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal- sehr sehr hundefreundlich - und alles sehr sauber und schön gestaltet- Betten sind auch sehr bequem

Lage sehr schön mit Balkons, Terrasse und Garten. Sehr saubere, schöne Zimmer. Perfektes Frühstück. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Gestaltung Terrasse praktisch und schmucklos (Betonsteine etc.). Könnte etwas Bepflanzung vertragen. Pool etwas klein. An einem Aufenthaltstag mittags und abends Restaurant geschlossen. Küche ok. Alberne Anglizismen: Diner etc.

The location has stunning views on the Dolomites. The interior design is new and well thought of. The room size was great.
We were deceived by the services provided. Arriving in the evening after a long day, we were expecting the restaurant or at least the bar to be opened. Apparently both F&B facilities are closed on Mondays - a fact that should have been communicated more explicitely.
The spa was meant to be open from 8am to 8pm. However when going there at 11am, the sauna was cold. After letting the receptionist know, we were informed that the sauna was only switched on at 2pm. So basically the wellness offer for the morning was an outside swimming pool that still had a lid on when coming to the spa and showers without shower gel or body lotion. A very poor service given the price we paid for the overnight stay.
