Theres nothing bad to say about our stay here. Great location, heaps of on-site parking, the free bolzano tourist card was exceptional value. You can use it on the cable car and local transport. The room was very large and big bathroom. Staff were great and the breakfast was also good. Its good to base yourself here if you plan on hiking the dolomites. We rented a car and everyday and drove to our hikes.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and nice. Rooms were decent. And the hotel in general was nice.
Could've maybe had a fridge in the room, especially in summer. And there was no control for the aircon in my room.

The staff was friendly and the property was clean. The food was also ok.
We booked a double (bed) room with balcony. At check in we received a twin bed room (not requested) which smelled intense like cigarette smoke. We asked to get a different room, they said there are no more double beds available. We said ok, but it smells so we need a different room. We got another room with balcony and after all a double bed, but it was really bad. The room wasn’t even listed in the photos of the hotel. The bed was so low, you had to bend down in order to sit down. Only one power socket near the bed and a tiny one person balcony above the delivery and staff entrance, for which we couldn’t open the door for fresh air, because of the noise and the smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was ok but not enough place to hang the towels.
