Beautiful old style hotel, nice bar (open late), good breakfast, beautiful garden

1. The mattresses are just a disaster - I had a terrible back pain after each night 2. Very hot in the room - a/c didn’t work well 3. We came overseas and had a last minute problem with milk delivery for our 7 weeks old daughter. We asked hotel admin to help us with that and buy milk for us in advance in a nearby shop. They didn’t help. 4. One day they just missed cleaning in our room and rudely tell us that it was US who asked not to clean (not true!)
