Location was great and walking distance to train station and cot center
It wasn’t cleaned properly and cleaners didn’t set up sofa bed as requested, or filled the empty tissues, empty shower gel, leave enough coffee for number of days we were there not cleaned the used pods from coffee machine used by previous guests and not enough towels were left so we had to constantly ask them for things. However, they were responsive and fixed all the issues and left us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. And they allowed us to check in early.

The unit was very cozy and unique. The sleeping area was very comfortable. Had a little skylight you could see the night sky as you dozed off. The table was large and seating around it good. The hosts, though not in the country, were always available via WhatsApp or Booking messaging. The suite is very close to the main Piazza. Once in Bolzano, we were able to walk everywhere with no issues. Pleasure to stay there!

Apartment has a good location and keyless access was easy.
When we arrived late in the evening after a long day of travel in extreme heat we found the apartment at an indoor temperature of 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit). It took several hours to get it down to a comfortable temperature. Knowing that your guests arrive in a heatwave we would suggest to keep the apartment a a decent temperature for arrival.
