The hotel is close to train station, beach and very easy to get around. Breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is also located in a quieter location.
I felt that the bathroom could use a bit more lighting. It was a bit dark for me trying to get ready in the morning.

The hotel is across the street from the train station, and a couple of block away from Bolzano's Walther Square (main square in the historical city center). The hotel gave us a tourist pass for public transport that allowed us to use the cable car to Soprabolzano, which has an amazing view of the mountains.
