The location is amazing, across the street from
The train & bus stations and a 5-10 minute walk into the central shopping areas. The room was comfortable & spacious (stayed in a triple with only 2 people, so it felt roomy for Italy!), beds were firm and comfy. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of options.
Staff was kind of snobby and there were amenities offered to people who booked directly on the hotel website that were explicitly not available to anyone booking on third party site like booking.com (ex: included bus tickets & bus reservations) Also, this was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in Italy in, but only marginally better- didn’t feel worth the money.

Excellent location adjacent to bus and train station and Walther Piazza. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The provision of a Südtirol guest pass was very helpful for transport to the Dolomites. 10/10 hotel!!

The hotel is right across the train station, 2 mins from the bus station, and 5 mins from the Ritten gondola. This was my second time staying at the hotel in a couple of years - There is an amazing breakfast every day, which is included. The location is amazing, the rooms are clean, and overall, it is a great base to explore everything the area has to offer.

Everything - location directly across from the train station, beautiful and spacious room, delicious breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed OJ, public transit access, and restaurant coupons.
Would not change anything - it was great!
