We stayed over Christmas and New Years the condo overlooks the marina and has good access down some stairs that opens into the Marina ( the only issue is that it is locked but you have keys, however approx 8pm they put a 2nd lock on so you can not use this path at night) the pool area was quiet and clean the food store is a short walk done the hill taxi back is 25 peso. Our only comment if you do not like climbing stairs then this place is not for you as it is on the side of a mountain but great place to stay
