Just 200 metres from the waterโs edge and only a 3 minute drive to Inverloch town centre, Palm Waters 1 is a charming and cosy 2 bedroom unit offering the perfect base for a relaxing beachside getaway.
Step inside to a comfortable open plan living area complete with a TV, ceiling fan and split system heating and cooling. The living space opens onto a private, fully fenced courtyard, creating a lovely spot to relax and unwind. The unit features a well equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a full size bath and separate step in shower. A separate toilet adds extra convenience. After a day at the beach, the full size bath is the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge.
Guests also have access to the garage, with one designated car space directly in front of the unit. Additional free street parking is readily available. The location is hard to beat, with the dog friendly Inlet Beach and The Corner Store, just a 200 metre stroll away. A 15 minute walk will take you to AโBeckett Street, where youโll find a great selection of shops, cafes and local amenities. Perfect place to stay.Was almost next to the beach for a nice walk.Little cafe shop/ takeout, a couple of houses down the street.Definitely recommend to anyone and we will be back again in the near future.Extremely friendly staff for key pickup at the real estate office.
