Monthly rates available and Winter Texans always welcome!! The Retreat in Palm Bay Village is a place you will want to call home any time of the year. This open and bright, two-story, 3 bedroom, loft and 2 1/2 bath townhome will take you to your Happy Place. The home sleeps up to 10! With a year-round lagoon style pool just steps from the front door and conveniently located near great dining, convenience stores, boat ramps, and 1 mile to the sandy shores of the Gulf, you won't find a better place to enjoy your time away. This newly renovated and updated townhouse has all the amenities of home! Every bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan, the kitchen and baths have custom granite countertops and custom finishes, and lamps throughout the house are fitted with USB ports to keep all of your devices fully charged during your stay. The first floor includes the primary bedroom with a new 55" 4K TV, en suite with beautiful double vanity, walk-in spa shower, and 2 walk-in closets with hangers and luggage racks. The first floor also has a great room with living and dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and an ADA accessible half bath. The spacious great room has a breakfast bar with seating for 4, an amazing new 75" TV with cable, streaming service, DVD player with vast selection of movies, and a surround sound system. Brand new queen sleeper fold out with queen memory foam mattress and new matching love seat. The large dining table comfortably seats up to 6. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils, measuring spoons and cups, as well as a variety of dishes for use in the kitchen or plastic for the pool area. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large toaster over, and coffee maker with starter complimentary coffee. This space is great for family movie night or game night! As you make your way upstairs, there is a cozy loft with a trundle bed (two twins) and new 55" 4K TV with cable, streaming services and Play Station with the latest games. The second floor also has a full bath with a custom soaker tub and two bedrooms with a queen bed and 4K TV in each room. The backyard boasts a bar height table for 4 under the patio with a ceiling fan, seating area for 4 in the sun, custom cooler, and a charcoal grill. Additionally, there is secure access to the backyard from the neighborhood street. The garage allows for parking one vehicle and access to portable beach chairs, portable wagon, ice chest, beach umbrella, portable canopy, and boogie boards for your use. (There is an ATV, for owner's use only, being stored in the garage with plenty of room for another vehicle to park.) All of this is only 1 mile to Whitecap Beach! The swimming pool and recreation room at Palm Bay Village is the centerpiece of the community and just steps from the front door. The year-round pool has a beautiful lagoon entry, waterfall feature, plenty of loungers to soak up the sun and palapas to enjoy the shade. The pool area also has propane grills and a recreation room with restrooms and and indoor space to gather. This is by far the best home we have rented. It had everything we needed, so beautiful and so much space. The showers were great, the beds so comfortable, everything you could need in thr kitchen. The pool was so fun too. Absolutely perfect. The communication was outstanding as well. I can't wait to come again. I wish we could've stayed longer. It is a mile from the beach, which is only a 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.

This is a beautiful place to stay and relax. The house had everything we needed. We really appreciated the use of the cooler, beach canopy and beach chairs when visiting the beach. The pool area is wonderful. Palm Bay Village is well maintained and just a short drive from the beach, grocery store and local restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at "The Retreat", the owner was easy to work with and wanted our 100% satisfaction. Whatever issues we voiced were taken care of immediately. We had the max of 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids), but it would have fit 7 or 8 people the best. The trundle bed was just a daybed with 2 thin mattresses and we didn't pull one out and use as another bed, as was probably intended. What we expected from the description was a daybed on top with a pull out bed (trundle) on bottom. Other than being closer to the beach, we couldn't have asked for a better location.

Condo was perfect for family. My kids each brought a friend and we had plenty of room. The beach stuff was a nice extra and the kitchen had everything you needed. Will look at going back soon.

The property was perfect for our family and check in was easy. We were even notified that we could check in an hour early. If I had any questions or needs the communication was fast and friendly. The location was great and the community was clean and quiet somehow even on the busy road. We would come back again

I would live in this home permanent ly, that's how high quality the space, facilities and ammenities are. From fluffy towels and a fully stocked kitchen, to the cutest loft/TV area and outdoor tables, it was exactly as advertised and better. The colors are soothing and well-coordinated, with thoughtful touches like hangars in the closets and laundry pods provided. The pool is 100 yards away and has the best layout: shallow areas, deeper spots, a waterfall, chairs and umbrellas, fountains. Our 2 boys (3 and 5 yo) swam enough to gain confidence so that beach time was easier. Beach access is easy, 2 turns and you're there. We enjoyed the provided boogie boards, canopy, chairs and beach towels too. I'm racking my brain to think of something that could be improved, but even my 72-year old mother with persnickity taste couldn't find fault. We'd stay again.

Great place for a quick weekend getaway. Beach is 1 mile away; you can pick up a "park on the beach" pass at the gas station right down the street. It's a nice town home community center with a pool for when you're beached out. Would definitely return!
