Very well situated, we felt really welcomed, everything was set to make our stay pleasant. We also enjoyed the parking.

Great location near the centre of town and within walking distance of swimming spots. Very clean and well-equipped, including things like beach mats and umbrellas. No airconditioning but fans in all the rooms worked well.
Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Nice big terrace for eating dinners outside. Elevator is a bonus.
The balcony is great but is highly exposed to the sun throughout the day, making it really only usable in the morning and late afternoon onwards - installing an awning would help with this.
An extra set of keys would be handy - it can be difficult if sharing one key amongst multiple people as you need to go down to let the person without a key into the compound.

Sehr gute Lage in Stadtnähe, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Fast alles liegt in Gehdistanz. Sehr gute Parkplatzsituation. Gemütliche Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Vanessa hat uns wunderbare Tips gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder
