A beautiful villa in an unspoilt location, only spoilt by a rude and noisy workman.

Everything was just as we wanted. Secluded, quiet, peaceful (mostly, but this wasn't the fault of the host!) Close to nature. Private. A little bit hard to find, but that's the price you pay for privacy.

Unfortunately, we could not stay as a workman in the next field started to make lots of noise, building a large shed. The noise and unpleasantness were too much. He refused to stop, even for the local police! So, we asked the owner of our letting to do something, and she was great. So was Atakan. We were transferred to a much bigger and more luxurious villa, near Oludeniz, at no extra cost. Even gave us a bottle of wine. I must admit I would have preferred to stay at Villa Kayakoy for the rural feel and privacy, but full marks to the owner for coming up with a solution at short notice. However, don't give up, by the time you read this, the workman will most likely have done his worst! So do not be put off.

Loved how tranquil the setting is. So peaceful and pretty and the house is super clean

No bedside lights in any of the 3 bedrooms which wasnt great for reading at night etc, few electrical sockets, kitchen appliances a little on the sparse side. Sofa's not very comfortable in the main room and no guest or complimentary shower gel or soaps. Considering the price of the villa hire, all of these little points would make a huge difference.
